I use this sweat belt all the time. I really enjoy it. And it actually makes you sweat while giving you good core support! I bought it after I had a baby, and I can really feel the support. It fits well, I am a 29 inch waist. And I got a size medium: the Velcro strength is really good! Good quality!

Definitely makes you sweat A LOT, I got it mainly for back support after having my son and it definitely helps and has me sweating. Fit is good too, just have to adjust every so often during my 12-hour shifts cause my lower belly slips out.

Not worth buying
It’s nothing to brag about but it’s not worth returning either. I did go running with it. I saw sweat. I’m thinking maybe I should pre wrap my stomach bc it doesn’t really give me a tight fit
