How to Choose the Right Size
Step1. To get the right fit, measure your abdomen at its largest circumference, then compare it to our size chart.
Step2. For better body-sculpting results, tighten the tape and pull your abdomen in (like you will when wearing the trainer) while measuring. This will usually be 2-3 inches smaller than your fully relaxed measurement.
Step3. To find the right height, measure from the bottom of your breasts to your hips.
Step4. The size chart shows the trainer’s actual size (not including the extender—this is just for extra adjustability). Choose based on the trainer’s size (without the extender).

A. For people who are rare cases of latex allergy or sensitive skin: To avoid rashes or allergies, consult a doctor before use. We also suggest wearing a thin T-shirt or camisole under the trainer, then putting the trainer on top.

Best waist trainer I’ve ever had
This is my second purchase for this waist trainer, and it is so amazing. I was much smaller when I purchased it the first time I believe I purchased a medium and I ended up shrinking so small that the waist trainer didn’t fit me anymore. This time around I ordered a 2X and I had to add the extender for it to fit me, but I am 100% positive that it will shrink my waist and I will be out of the extension and into the regular hooks within the next 3 months, especially if you wear it every day. First off, I ordered the latex one because it has the most support, the inside of it is lined with a almost fleece style material and it does cause you to sweat throughout the day but that is a good thing because you were burning calories. I actually bought it for work for my back because it gives so much support, I am a nurse and I have to lift patients and bend over quite a bit using my back and I recently had a slipped disc so this will definitely prevent any kind of back pain and it will promote good posture. Of course I’m sure you are reading this because you want to know about the quality of the brace for your waist, it definitely snatches that waste in so good you will have no rolls showing, it’s very long in the Torso area so I like to push it down on my lower hip close to where my crack is at and it goes all the way up to underneath my breast which is perfect so that they’re not roll popping out causing you to have a muffin top. If you’re questioning buying it, girl just buy the thing he will not regret it. I suggest getting the latex one because it has the most support, it has metal boning in it to keep shape, and even over time wearing it every day it does not lose shape. I believe the last one I had lasted me about a year and it would last longer but my waist was so tiny I grew right out of it. It definitely runs on the smaller size, my waist is actually about a 3X but I ordered the 2x because I know I’m going to fit in a 2X very soon but I managed to lay down on the bed and squeeze into this one with the extender. Whatever size you’re waste is I would order one size larger

I love it, I wear it to sleep and it forces me to sleep on my back. Ive seen that ive gotten much slimmer, and the fit is very adjustable and its easy to use and clip up or change the size. It looks really great and it has great support from the iron beams.

I have bloating gut problem whether from eating improper type of food (even if it’s healthy food) or getting nervous while traveling with empty stomach.I’m athletic person, and I take a good care of my health but I have this chronic bloating and this Waist Trainer compress the guts from constant inner movement which makes me at ease.High recommend if you suffer from the same issue I have.

Pessimo prodotto, una stella è anche troppo.Puzza terribilmente, tessuto leggerissimo quasi per niente elasticizzato e stecche totalmente inutili…per niente modellante perché risulta grandissimo anche allacciandolo all’ultima fila di gancetti. Tra l’altro penso che non sia nemmeno della misura che avevo scelto che era la più piccola infatti sia sul capo che sulla busta non è presente l’etichetta anzi sembra che sia stata tolta come si puo’ notare dai video.Vorrei fare il reso ma la spedizione è a carico dell’acquirente e presumo venga a costare anche di piu’ . Vergognoso.Non buttate i vostri soldi …che schifo.
