Good For Beginners
BEGINNER SHAVER- I gave this five stars due to the price, (I got it for under 20 bucks), it’s not loud, it doesn’t nick anything down under and, as a black woman who is just getting into adulting as I’am 21 at this point… And single-I think it’s quite smooth for my FIRST time with an eclectic razor.I’m also blind without my glasses(I can’t even see my own face in the mirror) and with a normal razor I have to be pressed up against my leg to see if i’m actually getting the hair. With this, it was pretty easy and fast but my hair is natural quite tame when it comes to this stuff.I started with the bikini trimmer and my hair came off like a bald man’s wig. With the Foil I was worried about cutting the bean so I put a little tissue there for comfort but, it’s very gentle and gets the uneven hairs from the trimmer. Now with the Rotary I wasn’t sure if it was working at first so I was like, “Huh… What’s the point of this crap 😠” but when I started to use it properly and in a circular or oval kind of motion, y’all… It was pretty smooth. It didn’t get all of the small little hairs but I really think it’s because I’ve never used this kind of stuff before so once I get the hang of it… It’s gonna be Bald I swear!But the real question is, would I recommend this to someone else… Yes I would, I would probably offer it to someone who is just getting into shaving like I am, again; it’s cheap, gets the job done, for me it was pretty fast, no cuts or nothing, and a good experience.That’s why I gave it 5 stars.

I haven’t tried it in the shower yet, but dry, it does a very good job. It got a close shave (not as close as razor), but still was happy with how well it did. It did not hurt, as I was careful. And the charge held up for the 20 min I used it. I like it had several attachments and cleaning tools, making this versatile for women’s needs. It’s lightweight, compact, easy to use and a cute color. So tired of using men’s clippers for my needs, so glad I found a women’s that can do a better job (my husband clippers don’t have the kind of attachments I need, but I’m sure he’s glad I won’t need his anymore!)

I’m not sure yet. I used it for the first time. I swapped between all 3 attachments to figure out what worked best. I used it in the shower with shaving cream. It took awhile and is not as close of a shave as a traditional razor for me. I also suffer from awful razor burn so it’s the main reason I tried this. It works well on very tight skin like legs but under arms and bikinis wasn’t as good. I will say my skin isn’t irritated. I’ll try it a few more times. I feel like it matches the price, good not great

I ordered this electric shaver to try out because I have never used an electric shaver before – so this is my very first try. This shaver comes with 3 different heads as well as a couple of guards that you can interchange if you would like to trim hair to different lengths. I primarily ordered this to try with my leg hair and I am quite satisfied with how this shaver shaved my legs. I used both the “long hair” head and the “body hair” precise trimmer on my legs. The “long hair” trimmer was great at taking the length of leg hair off first to make it easier for the “precise trimmer” to shave off the rest of the hair. The shave was not as close as a razer blade, but I really like this shaver because you do not need to do it while you are wet, and this can be doing really quick if you just need a quick shave before running out of the house.The interchangable heads are easy to twist on and off, and they are easy to rinse with water. I haven’t used the entire unit in water though (even though it says that you can) – mostly because the charging port does not have a cover to ensure that it won’t be affected by water.Charging the shaver was easy. It comes with a charging cable, but you will need to make sure you use your own charging block. I think the only thing that could be improved is the ability to charge the shaver while it is in it’s holder/stand. The shaver comes with a little stand that you can use to hold your shaver when not in use which displays the shaver beautifully, but because the charging port is on the very end of the shaver, it is impossible to charge this shaver when it is in the stand (the stand holds the shaver upright). This isn’t a huge problem with the product, as you can just set it on the counter to charge.Overall, I had a really positive experience with this shaver. This is my first experience with an electric shaver and I think this product was easy to use and effective!

Up front, I’m a guy who just needed a replacement razor, and this is the first one that was offered to me on vine. I don’t particularly care that it’s pink or that the packaging calls it a ‘lady shaver’, being a firm proponent of “I don’t care what it looks like, as long as it works.” I’m mentioning this, because some of the attachments are intended for areas that I’m … just not going to use this on. I’m not shaving my armpits, legs, or anywhere but my face.I *did* test all three attachments, so I have opinions on them though.The small circular, facial trimmer blade, *does* work, but it struggled a bit to get my own stubble. To the point that I wasn’t sure it actually *was* shaving anything. I could *hear* it cutting, and there was hair inside, when I removed the attachment, but I really struggled to see the impact it was having. That might be because my facial hair is relatively wiry, or because of how much I get even overnight, but it might not. It *does* work, but other blades work better.The narrower, flat bladed ‘long hair’ trimmer *also* works. But… Also, not particularly well. I tried it on *longer* facial hair, and, again, it *did* trim it, but it also struggled a bit. In the interest of fairness, I also shaved a small patch on my inner thigh since that blade *is* intended for leg hair, and my leg hair is softer. It *did* do batter there. But again, there’s another blade that works better.The ‘body hair precise trimmer’ is the blade that works the best. Despite being intended for armpits and the bikini area, this attachment worked best for, well… everything. It got another test shave patch on my leg, using the straight blade on the side, and it did a better job at it than the blade intended for legs. Both in terms of how close to the skin it shaved, and just the visible difference without close examination. Also, using that straight edge in combination with the 3D floating foil blade worked better on my facial hair as well. I’d recommend just using this attachment over the others. It seems to do the job better than them, even for areas where other blades were supposedly meant *just* for that area. The other blades / attachments *do* work for their intended area, but this one is just… better.My only real gripe with this is actually the stand. And it’s because it *seems* like you’d be able to charge the razor on it. It *looks* like you’d attach the charging cable to the base, and then you put the razor on the stand and then it charges. You know, like other electric razors with stands I’ve seen and used. but nope. It’s just a plastic base. With a little nub that slots into the charging port on the razor, but you can’t *actually* charge the razor in it. And, honestly, that just annoys me *so* much.Annoyances about the stand aside, it’s a decent enough electric razor. I’ve definitely had and used better, but it *does* work, and that’s about all I need right now.
