I bought this waist trainer to help me with tummy control, and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s comfortable, soft, and fits quite well without being too tight. I like that it comes in a pack of two, so I always have a clean one available.I wear it both at home and while doing my daily activities, and I feel good support in my abdominal area and lower back. It’s practically invisible under clothing.
