Great level of resistance
High quality made resistance band. It is very useful for doing exercises that are not easily completed using weight. The amounts of material that you get is enough to create several different types of lengths. Great value for the price. There is not a noticeable smell to the rubber, as is the case with some bands. It has been regularly used for over a year and it is still intact without any edge rolling.

Good therapy bands but this version made of Latex
Therabands are a solid investment to provide therapy and strength training. They are also convenient to pack and take with you if you travel. This model is made from Latex and is lightly powered to keep it from sticking to itself. NOTE: If you have any reaction to Latex (which I do) you should definitely avoid this product and get the latex free (nitrile?) version which is a little more expensive and feels slightly stiffer than the same band color in latex.

This is real Theraband. Much cheaper to buy in a long length and cut it into the needed size. I used to use this in my pediatric clinic but in large rolls. Still this is a good buy for the average person needing it for personal use.
