This neck massager is SO great!! It’s like having real fingers massager your neck and upper back. You can turn the heat on or off and the heat is the perfect amount of warm. It’s not hot but you can definitely feel it. You can make the massage go faster or slower. You can have the massage going one way or reverse it to go the other way. Has straps you can put your arms through to keep it in one place. It plugs in an outlet and the cord is on the longer side which is nice. It also comes with a cigarette lighter charger. Definitely worth the price, I ordered another one for my Dad we like it so much. It offers relief from neck and upper back, shoulder pain and stiffness. It’s very well made and durable. The massager nodes have excellent range of motion and truly feel like an exceptional finger massage. Nice material and easy to wipe off and clean. Is a nice black color.
