GREAT FOR PREGNANT WOMEN!
I took these choline pills during my pregnancy. They don’t really taste like anything but the bottle does have a strong lemon smell due to the essential oil tablet inside. The size of the pills are average and they seem to be made well because I didn’t have any issues with them opening before I got to swallow them. They did give me a bit more energy and they were definitely worth the price.I wish I would’ve started using this product earlier in pregnancy because I could really feel difference when I would forget to take them. I still take them now that I am postpartum.

Great supplement to add to your regular prenatal. I really enjoy the pleasant lemony smell, and they’re super easy to swallow; no unpleasant aftertaste or gross burps like a lot of prenatals. Convenient 30 day size bottle, so I subscribed to it once a month so I know my baby’s brain will always have extra choline while I’m pregnant. Good value for the cost too, I don’t think it’s too expensive to help give my Baby a little brain boost.

Bought these because of all the reports about how beneficial choline is to babies. The company seems like they are in the up and up, it’s good having supplements you can trust. The only thing I didn’t like is the lemon scent is a bit much and kind of artificial tasting (I would prefer no fragrance at all). Also I wish I had known about these with my first pregnancy or sooner onto my second but that’s okay, certainly not the companies fault. Overall, I’m just glad to actually find a trustworthy and very bioavailable choline supplement.

When I was pregnant, this was the best supplement. It had a lemon flavor to it, which would make it super easy to take and not feel nauseous. I really struggled with nausea in my pregnancy and I had no issues taking this supplement and I loved how much choking it had in a pill. Super easy to take size was easy to swallow. No aftertaste really would recommend this product for someone looking for extra choline their diet during pregnancy.
