Such a great daily prompter, to change your life
After some therapy and a desire for self improvement, I decided to get this little journal. It is very affordable so I’ll probably keep buying it. It was actually really tough initially, with me taking such a long time to fill in all of the blanks (what did I learn that day, what I was grateful for when my day appeared to go wrong all day, etc.). I did skip days intentionally, left some parts blank or just wrote in an extra affirmation if I couldn’t fill in the blank. HOWEVER, after a few weeks of doing this, I am quickly doing it in the morning and evenings, only taking a few min. a day and filling in all of the blanks, most of the time.I’ve used it for a few weeks but I’ve already noticed some life changing habits and general perspectives:When I’m at work (or really anywhere), and I learn something new, someone does something sweet, something good happens, etc., I’ll actually make a mental note to write it in the journal. It also makes me appreciate the fact that I learned something or something amazing happened. I appreciate that moment longer and I actually feel grateful, instead of just getting excited very briefly and moving on, never reflecting, appreciating what happened, or even thinking about it later.I’ve also began to be grateful for little things that don’t appear “amazing,” like my teenager smiling at me lol, me getting my to do list done, or me being in good health. This journal really has me shifting my perspective on life for the positive. It forced me to reflect daily, which was initially very hard, but so worth it now. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to become a better person, have a better outlook on life, and just being more positive in general.

    Grateful for This Gratitude Journal
I begin my daily time reading and writing in this wonderful journal by reading the Affirmations page. It is motivating and increases my self esteem. The daily pages have different quotes and there is continuity from day to day with the same format that is one of the very best I have seen in journals. When I complete this journal, I will be ordering another one. The author should take great pride in what she has created. I am grateful for this journal!

    Simple and effective.
The is my second purchase of this journal. I purchased the first one two years ago, and it sat until the beginning of 2024. Well, I did make a couple of entries and then just let it go. I picked it up at the beginning of this year and started again -every morning with coffee, I would just put my head down and write. It really did become a nice habit. There is definitely something to be said for starting your day with gratitude. And yes, it is the same on every page except for the quote, but this is intentional. It should be repetitive as doing the same thing over and over, leads to a habit. One thing I did not do the first time around was the reflections in the evening. My goal this next three months is to do that also also.

sime, uplifting, expensive for just a few pages
I bought this 3 times. It’s very simple and straightforward. I love the daily quotes. Too pricey for what it is. It’s nice to get you started tough. The book is so simple that I now simply use a regular journal to write in the same way I would write in these and write the quotes in my journal too. There’s no need to keep paying $10 every three months. If if had 3 times as many pages it would be worth the price. You buy it once and then use a similar layout in a regular cheap $1 journal.

    IMPORTANT TO START
I buy this journal for anyone as a gift, perfect 5 min ritual to do at the beginning and end of your day. Has made a huge difference in my mental health and hard to avoid doing as it only takes a few mins. Highly recommend!

It’s one of those simple things that brings so much to your life.
Have used 2 and gifted 2. Planning to make a large order for gifting. The size is perfect, the quotes are very inspiring, it just works!I recommend it for everyone!

    Every Day for Several Years
I would recommend this book to every person on the planet. Several years ago my mindset was measured on how grateful I was and that I had a lack of gratitude. I was told about this book and purchased it. I began to complete the daily gratitude thoughts, actions, and practices in my life. Many wonderful events have happened in my life and I can find gratitude in every moment now that I was not appreciating before. I am so very grateful to Sujatha Lalgudi for creating this and providing a way to help me and others be mindful and positive every day.

  8. Amazon Customer

    Simple and Perfect
Begins with a page of affirmation statement ideas, a page to write your goals for the next 90 days, a gratitude habit tracker page to mark off the 90 days of successful entries, and then one page dedicated per day. Top half is for the morning, then there is a quote, then the bottom half for the evening.

    Nice big book

I’m on day 88 of my gratitude journal & I have really enjoyed filling it in.I love that you can cross off the days as you go. I loved the affirmations at the front of the book & there was plenty of free space to write in your own as well. The journal prompts are quick & easy to fill in & I like that there is a quote each day. It’s been lovely to look back on all of my days during the monthly reflection pages & sum them up.It’s just a lovely gratitude journal & great value as well as it doesn’t cost a lot!I’ve actually bought 2 more for friends as it makes a lovely little gift.I definitely am feeling the benefits after filling this in daily & I have made gratitude my new habit!!

  12. TMVC

For the price, I expected a nicer book. It’s very basic. Usable but more like a thin exercise book, and not suitable as a gift.

  13. Jenny S.

Ger en bra känsla för tacksamhet. Glömmer tyvärr bort den när man måste skriva både morgon och kväll.
