Great Value and Excellent Cleaning
Excellent robot vacuum! It cleans very well and saves me a lot of time. It picks up dust and dirt easily and works smoothly on my floors. Setup was quick and simple, and it runs quietly. I love how it cleans on its own and returns to the charger when finished. Overall, I’m very happy with this vacuum and would definitely recommend it.

Easy to use and effective
This is a simple robot vacuum model that is effective and easy to use. It comes with a remote control but it can also work on an automatic setting. Everytime I use it I am amazed at how much dust, dog hair, and dirt it picks up! The battery runs a long time, I’m able to do the entire house(2200 sqft) on one charge and it has never run out of battery. My Chihuahua barked at it for the first two times I used it but now she has adapted and is fine with it. I have not yet tried the mopping but the vacuum part of it works perfectly. So far it’s great for the cost and it’s saving my back from pain! 😊

Do not waste your time this item is NOT terrible
Note: I usually do NOT write reviews unless I am really impressed or really disappointed/disgusted.This is a horrible robot vacuum. I followed the directions exactly and all it did was push debris all over my flooring.I have ALL brand-new laminate flooring throughout my one-level home.I honestly did not have high hopes for a robot vacuum cleaning well, as I had one many, many years ago, and it was terrible.I tried because this should be easy for a robot being one level and no carpets.What really upset me to write this review, aside from this not pushing debris, making more of a mess on the new laminate flooring, was the return process.Amazon has been excellent to my family and me. I became an Amazon.com Prime member because Amazon is the only online company I trust. I had issues online and trust only Amazon so this was a shock.For the 1st time in years of Prime membership, I was so upset because I literally took a lot of my personal time to package this. Maybe I did too good a job packaging it because I was surprised when it arrived, the security seal was not adhered, so I did not have to cut it, and I literally packaged it back exactly as it was shipped to me. I finally got a message that the warehouse received it, but in the email, there were 2 damage fee charges. When I called, they said there was “only one charge,” and “damage fee” can mean “restocking fee.” I was told to use “damage fee” for non-damaged items as a restocking fee. It doesn’t matter because that is a fraudulent fee as Amazon policy states that within 30 days if the item is defective, not working, or not as described in the listing, which this item if not defective did not work properly and definitely not as stated in listing it was not because I decided I did not want a robot I wanted it to work.I went through weeks of being told I had to have a warehouse call me to an Amazon agent working from home with dogs barking loudly in background, and I love all animals, but this agent told me it would be best for me to email some warehouse he did not have a name to put Attn: to just 3 leters and .com I was not doing hos job!Please note: I know this is long but I never experienced this once the same fee a year ago I called the agent removed said it was a mistake and no problem as with issues sometimes stuff you buy is junk many items are great but returns are always no problem why do I pay a membership feeSo I called again about another item, and when asked if anything else the agent could help me with, I mentioned this item. He assured me he removed the fee abd told me to make sure when I order items that ship and are sold by Amazon, I won’t ever have this problem; otherwise, I have to purchase a warranty plan, which is B.S.Well, he lied. I should have known when he mentioned the warranty was for 30 days.I was to the point where I was canceling Prime. I was not happy because I enjoy Amazon even though I buy more than I need. ot is too easy at times. This made me so angry.I did nothing wrong. I even had to travel usually items are UPS option return which is close but this no UPS option I had to travel to return with the traffic there and back took me an hourI called again I was ready to cancel Another agent transferred me without telling me I had to explain and get some response I waited for an email they made a dispute for the feeThis agent put me on hold not long same agent came back asking me where I would like the amount I was fraudulently or mistakenly chaged off and she told me my account was no problem she said I should not have experienced that apologized even though she did the right thing I am still not surr why all the other agents lied promising to follow up or fees removed I never heard from them.So I wrote this because it was almost $25 fee, and that is wrong. This item is junk. I returned it as I said, exactly as it came, with the manual, and even the plastic I put back on was not damaged. If I received it, I would never have known someone tried it out.I hope this saves you I am not sure if the company put the charge but Amazon shouldn’t have made me go through that however, they have treated my family members with separate Memberships great so I stay a Prime member as most agents are really good people and have a hard job

It moves randomly and keeps going over the same areas and missing other spots. Very dissatisfied

Life saver with dog hair

Customer service alleviated my trepidation about this product and I was happy they helped alleviate my issues.Not very smart. Despite its big wheels it gets stuck often. If you have old school iron air return vents, forget about it. It will get stuck on the gaps and require you to go help it. It would be helpful if the app told you when the tray was full and needed to be emptied instead of telling you every 5 minutes that it became stuck or that there is a brush failure (?).The app is also translated poorly from Chinese and much of the text makes no sense.All in all I’m sure there are much better robo vacs out there. This one needs too much micro managing and I find it less of a hassle to just break out the vacuum when I need to.
