Excellent product
The cleaner worked very well and removed most of the marks on all my leather handbags and the conditioning cream left every bag looking almost new. Best cleaning kit I have ever used.

Did not meet my expectations
I bought some vintage coach purses that I needed to clean and condition. The smell of the product is okay, but mixed with the musty smell of old leather I feel like it amplifies the smell rather than taking it away or providing a clean fresh smell. I didn’t notice a difference in the bags after cleaning them, I actually had better results with a light soap and water mix. The conditioner on the other hand is alright, I think it does a good job at providing a light condition to the leather.Overall, I do regret buying this because I feel like it did not meet my expectations, and was very subpar. My suggestion to anyone would be to skip this and try to find something of better quality.

Not recommended for leather purses
Product did not clean the purse.The conditioner left the leather very dull.When a good brand of leather cleaner was used, towel came out black from all the dirt in the leather, and conditioner left the leather looking as new.
