Good product wouldn’t do without it
I like this product because it works for me at night. I take it first starting 40 minutes before I take my night time sleep aid pill. And if I wake up before it’s time I pop one of these in my mouth chew it up and I’m right back to sleep. No side effects. Except perfect sleep.

Great GENTLE sleep remedy!!
I LOVE this product. It’s gentle and easy on your body. Of course, it’s not a drug so you don’t feel yucky when you use it. Take note, homeopathy is gentle, so you won’t get a “crash” feel when taken. Some nights it works a little better than other nights. If it’s not working as I want, I wait 15 minutes and take again.

Sleep thru the night and coupled with Hyland’s Restful Legs formula
This works better for me than Melatonin or the Benadryl sleep aids. With those I still woke up in the middle of the night and I do not with Calms Forte. I am not drowsy in the morning and have no side effects. I take 3 each night and I also use the Hylands Restful Legs product and with the two I sleep like a baby every night.

Didn’t work. Hyland’s products are a favorite of mine but these pills, tried many times, do nothing for me. Disappointing.If anything, it sort of feels like a stimulant.
