A little big but great product
They’re very good for you, the pills are just on the bigger side so it can be hard to swallow sometimes which cause me to not take them as much as I should. But if you don’t mind the size definitely try it out, love the ingredients!

    A lifesaver for postpartum recovery
As a new mom, I’ve tried a few different vitamins, but the MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Postnatal has truly made a difference. I feel more energized, my mood is more balanced, and my hair and skin are finally starting to feel healthy again. I also love that it’s made with real, clean ingredients and supports both me and my breastfeeding baby. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take — no weird aftertaste. This has become a staple in my postpartum routine and I recommend it to every new mama!

    Great for milk supply!
Used the prenatal version and loved them so much that I decided to stick with the postnatal by megafood and it’s been great so far! I am 2 months postpartum and have been taking them every day since giving birth. They are easy on my stomach even without any food. They also contain morninga leaf which has been great for my milk supply!I will say that the pills are a little bigger than the average pill and do have an odd taste but I just take that as they are packed with tons of vitamins! I trust the clean ingredients it provides and say they are top quality! Definitely recommend to the postpartum mamas!

Boost in mood, energy, and milk supply!!!
I began taking these a few weeks postpartum as I was struggling with my milk supply. I was skeptical at first given the size of the pill but after noticing next day results I dropped my postnatal gummies for these and have not gone back. I also feel like they help boost my energy and feel like they helped stabilize postpartum mood swings I was experiencing. I’ve ran out of these twice now and each of these times I’ve noticed a drop in milk supply, energy, and mood. Also I take these at night and I don’t experience any nausea or after taste. I highly recommend these!

The Vitamins That Kept Me Strong Through 1.5 Years of Breastfeeding 🌿✨
If you’re a breastfeeding mom worried about losing nutrients — these vitamins were a lifesaver for me.I’ve always trusted this brand, but these postnatal vitamins truly proved their effectiveness. I breastfed my baby for 1.5 years and recently did a full blood test — everything came back excellent, which says a lot considering how many nutrients go to the baby during that time. The ingredients are clean, the vitamin content is complete, and they kept my energy level stable through long postpartum months. They’re also pretty easy to swallow, with a smooth texture and no weird aftertaste.I fully believe these played a huge role in maintaining my health — genuinely one of the best postpartum vitamins I’ve taken.

The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly
The Good: These multivitamins made me feel great! As someone who heavily relies on their morning cup of coffee to get me going for the day, these vitamins could almost replace my cup of coffee. If I consistently took them I felt more alert, less brain fog, and overall happier. These multivitamins did wonders for my overall mood. The Bad: My milk supply took a pretty hard hit with these. I truly didn’t want to believe it, but after I stopped taking these my milk supply started increasing again. My only guess is it could be the moringa leaf. Typically moringa leaf does not affect supply like fenugreek does for some, but I guess I’m unlucky. These pills are also quite large and taste like alfalfa, or as another reviewer eloquently put, a pet store. My prenatals were bigger than these though so I wasn’t bothered. The Ugly: These multivitamins gave me the worst gas of my life, hands down. My gas was loud and foul to be honest. As a SAHM the noxious flatulence didn’t bother me. I could crop dust my house with no recourse. Sometimes I actually found it amusing, but my husband did not. Sounds like a him problem though. With all of that being said, I would recommend these multivitamins if you are not breastfeeding and don’t mind being almost comically stinky. I will go back to my tried and true prenatal and then continue these after I wean. I honestly can not believe how much better my energy and mood was with these vitamins.

    I like them
I have used them since I had my baby early September. Never had any issues with breast milk production. They are bigger sized chalky pills, so I only swallow one at a time as they are a little difficult for me to get down. I used this brand as well for my pre-natals and they seemed to do their job perfectly well so I just automatically trusted them to do a good job postnatal as well. I would recommend them. They are a little more expensive, but they are also not filled with a bunch of crap, so I think the money is worth it.

    Good for post partem
Great value for your money. It has a slight smell like sweet spinach smoothie. I definitely noticed the health benefits, postpartum and helped with my hair regrowth and energy levels. The serving is two pills and they’re larger size so it could possibly be hard to swallow. But I don’t have an issue with it.

  9. Darkbeauty

I gave it two stars bec it does work with giving energy to me. I am ok with the taste and the size of the pills. But it caused me to have so much gas and to my baby too. Also caused strong vomiting for my baby. Im so upset bec it was big blows of vomiting. Also I feel my milk supply lessened. I immediately stopped taking it just after a few days. May have worked for others but it was more cons for me than pros. Now I have to look for another postnatal supplement to replace it.
