Good quality for price
This speaker blew my expectations with the sound quality that it has. The only issue that I do have is that it’s a bit laggy when trying to connect to Spotify for example.

Decent sound, although a little bottom-heavy. I have yet to adjust any eq options and learn about them a little more. Quality materials, blends into the decor, and super easy to add to the network and create groups. Goal is whole -house audio, and this helps!

This speaker has somewhat better sound quality than the cheaper model, but for my purposes, it’s overkill. I don’t stream music, which is the main advantage here. For instructing lights to turn on or off, or for weather forecasts, or to look up miscellaneous information, the cheaper ones suffice

Great product, good price
I had to go through four sellers to get this product. Twice, orders on Amazon canceled. Got a reverb on eBay that needed to be returned. Came back to Amazon and found the seller and got new product at a great price.

So Annoying, Worst Experience Ever
I got this specifically with the intention of using automation on Google Nest to play music on my Spotify playlists. This thing failed so hard, I can’t even believe it. First, no matter what I try, it will not recognize my Spotify premium account so it won’t even try to play anything specific. Then, even after calling and I got it to recognize my account, it is still functionally impossible to play a playlist on it. Instead the thing will pick any album or artist with a slightly similar name and play that instead. The only thing I got it to consistently play was Demon Days by Gorillaz, both the album and the song. Otherwise, it went back to denying I had premium Spotify Premium. Very annoying and most importantly, not doing the thing it’s supposed to be doing.
