I bought this weighted fitness hoop to add something different to my workout routine, and I loved it! It is a fun and effective way to work the abdomen, waist and core without having to go to the gym.The ring is easy to assemble and adjust, the pieces fit well and feel sturdy. The weight is well distributed, which helps to keep up the pace without being uncomfortable. After a few days of use, I already notice how my balance and abdominal strength improve.In addition, it is much more comfortable than traditional hoops, thanks to the soft padding that prevents discomfort in the waist. You’re working out but almost do not even know it. It took me some utube tutorials and patience to get the hang of this fun device. It finally “clicked”…you need to keep the track tight around your waist and the weighted ball medium length to get this to GOOOO.!!!!! Then I was good for 10 minutes or more. Also recommend doing it both directions for balancing your body work out. Afterwards, I feel really great and my head feels uplifted. Now enjoy doing this while watching utube videos or movies. There is very minimal noise. The device is pretty easy to put together. Though I sometimes have difficulty due to my lack of finger strength. You have to squeeze the pin into the hole of the top to connect parts. I look forward to some weight loss. I recommend it!!!!!!!Finished using device now for a week. Notice that I feel more invigorated and happy. The “fit hoop weighted pilates circle device is tight on my abs/waist and I have little problem getting it to move in either directions. I can easily do it now for 30 min. I have changed my mind about the noise the gadget makes. It produces a whinying noise…not super loud …like a load hum…but still noticeable if you are not watching tv or something to distract you. I use a big vise grip plyers to assist me with getting the device off. I put a fabric on the piece to keep from scratching it. My iPhone “health app” is able to count steps with my side to side movement. I have surpassed my goals everyday last week. This makes me hopeful that continuing working out will a help me with getting my weight to decrease.

After easily putting it together and trying it out for about 5 minutes I’d say it works fine. The weight length is adjustable. The parts come in sections and add ons. It can easily be adjusted for waist shrinkage. It’ isn’t overly loud. The weight wheels look to be rubber coated and it slides on the inside of the sections. To take it off, the section needs to be pinched together.The only problem I had here was it came unsealed and in a box with a sticker that said new. There was tape to hold the box shut nor was it packaged further. This hasn’t been a problem in the past.

Surprisingly fun & effective – I didn’t expect to actually enjoy working out
I bought this two days ago after realizing my regular gym routine had gone out the window once colder weather hit. I was skeptical at first — I haven’t used a hula hoop since middle school PE class.But this thing is a game changer.
