Great mid-section support
This might be the best waist trainer I’ve ever purchased, and I’ve tried a lot of them. The support is great all the way around my mid-section, and I can bend over without it rolling up or down. It also helps correct my posture. Definitely a great product and would recommend.

I’ve been using this waist trainer for about 6 months, and I absolutely love it! I started wearing it after having a baby to help with posture and to support my workouts, and it has made a noticeable difference. The fit is comfortable, it doesn’t dig into my skin, and it stays in place during exercise. I feel more supported throughout the day, and it’s also helped me feel more confident in my shape. The material is durable and has held up well over time. Definitely worth it for anyone looking for postpartum support and a boost during workouts!

Sturdy & Comfortable
Very sturdy. I’ve had it for a month now (size L) and with consistent wear and consistent work out I am already needing a Medium. It’s not uncomfortable like I thought it would be. I love it.

I enjoy the trainer
I like this waist trainer – it’s easy to put on and take off and adjust as needed. I really just use it for sitting at my desk for support and back pain but a bonus is a slimmer waist. The velcro is strong and not itchy or poky while wearing it. No smell, no rolling and it’s a good value!

Best Waist Trainer for “Big Girls Ever!”
Before I get started, I have to say this is probably one of the best waist trainers I’ve ever had! Although it did flip up a bit by the end of my workout, it endured a full 60-minute session, and that says a lot. I even included the final exercise in my video so you could see it in action.Upon putting it on, I immediately noticed how strong and durable it is. I’m a little over 300 pounds, and it held up beautifully. My true size would’ve been a 4X, but I wanted something that would train my waist, not just fit comfortably, so I went with a 3X. It was definitely a challenge to get on, but once it was in place, it gave me great compression.Now, the only thing I wish is that it were a bit longer. I would’ve loved for it to cover more of the upper back area and that “muffin top.” You kind of have to choose, either pull it up to cover the top or pull it down to shape the lower area. Because of my “tabletop butt” (😂), I knew it would be a challenge, but that’s not a complaint, just body reality!The hard wiring helps it stay in place, but after a lot of movement, especially arm work, it does shift a little. Even then, it stays tight around the abdomen the entire time, which is exactly what you want from a waist trainer.Overall, I have to say: this is the best one I’ve found, even over 50 years old and after trying many others. It’s sturdy, tight, and truly does its job. FeelinGirl, you did an amazing job with this design I just hope you consider making a longer version for those of us with a little more to love!Thumbs up all the way! 👏🏽💪🏽

It’s comfortable, adjustable, true to size, and worth the money!
It’s perfect!! It leaves me snatched without hurting my ribs. I can sit in it, tighten it however I want. I’m 5’3 and 170lbs so I got a Medium and it is perfect to help me on my weight loss journey! The Velcro is very strong I honestly have to pry it open lol.

Great for Short to Average Torso
I really do like this. It works better for me than a faja. The top front flap is thick so I can only wear it under loose fitting clothes. I have sensitive skin so I can’t let it touch my skin. I put it on over a tank top. Initially it itched badly even after washing it and wearing a tank underneath. It still causes me to itch terribly if I get hot or sweat. I do wish it had more coverage and went either higher or lower on my abdomen. I feel like if I wear it low to fully cover my lower abdomen it squeezes my fat up under my armpits as in the first picture. If I wear it up it the “right” position I get a crease in my lower abdomen (2nd pic) but no fat bunching up top (3rd pic). I guess I have a long torso? For reference I’m 5’6″ 138lbs and ordered extra small. I’ve been wearing it for about 6 weeks and I’m ready to size down as the velcro is almost out of space to attach. All that being said it’s a good buy.

Definitely love at first use!!! Where has this been all my life? Perfect design and structure, great quality and fit – compression & support on all target areas like its custom-made for me. It doesn’t slide or pop out of position (high quality velcro), very snug yet breathable (strong material), and it gives a nice & seamless curvy silhouette with a posture correcting bonus. I’ve been using it in my sports and fitness trainings, as well as casual wear, and I’m so happy with this product!

Very well made and comfortable. Love the length. Im 5’8 and it fits my torso well.However, sizing is way off. By measure Im an XXL. Ordered the XL and I wpuld have to make it as tight as possible, so no room for it to stretch. Go 2 sizes down

This is the best waist trainer I have ever bought. It is easy to wear with the 3 straps and shapes your body really well. I think that is great quality for the price and it is breathable like it doesn’t restrict your breathing. The only thing I would say is size down I am usually a size medium but I bought a size small and it fits exactly how I would like.
