Very comfortable, nicely thick, grippy and anti-sliding mat. I love that this mat’s name has nothing to do with yoga — either as a word or symbols. As a Christian— I don’t want to invite any demons to my house. Great mat – highly recommend and the price is pretty good.

Edit: The surface split after just 1 week of usage 🙁 It was a small split, but I would’ve expected it after months of ownership, not this quickly. I used it on a rug and while doing Pilates. So it shouldn’t have torn this quickly.Original review:This mat is luxurious. It’s SUCH an upgrade over my previous mat (pictured). I’ve used many, many mats over the years—at gyms, at home, at yoga and Pilates studios. None compare to this one in size, comfort, thickness, weight, and aesthetic. Love that it just unrolls and stays unrolled because it’s so heavy. 100000% recommend I got it at a great price too
