Great exercise workout for home
This waist twisting machine is a good idea to have in the house when you cannot get to the gym. It came completely put together and all I had to do was attach the bands to the frame, Easy. It glides effectively from one side to the other and I think its an excellent workout. Unfortunately, I am in my upper 60’s and am not stable standing and twisting on this without support. It is not because of the machine, but rather because I am older…just want older ladies to know. If you are in better shape than me, than definitely this machine is for you. It does everything it says it does.PS: it IS noiseless.

Satisfied
I see this on a reel and wasn’t sure if the brand mattered. It’s not noisy, you can feel it and it does work!

Some flaws but works
The welds came cracked and my husband had to bend 1 side upwards a bit cause when I was using it the screw was scratching it up. It does give resistance when I’m using so it does what it’s supposed to do.

Resistance
No much resistance

Having a Blast!
Love it but be careful you can lose your balance. I recommend that you place it somewhere where you can catch yourself 🤣
