I had to stop taking my other sleep meds due to being pregnant. So these were about my only option. They seem to work fairly well. They are easy to take, very small pills. Ive never noticed much of a taste from the pill.

okay after trying this for the very first time I will say, it did put me to sleep for a full night’s sleep but I did wake up very groggy. Its noon and I still feel very out of it so I would recommend to be aware of the dosage prior to taking.

THESE REALLY WORK!!!
Haven’t slept in 15 years. Have tried many prescription medications that help a little but caused me to be in a fog the next day. Have also tried several OTC sleep aids which did nothing for me.I received these yesterday, took one as directed 30 min. prior to bedtime and was out like a light within a half an hour. I slept 10 hours and woke completely refreshed. Unbelievable!I am beyond grateful to have found these sleep tabs and highly recommend them to anyone who has issues falling and staying asleep.

Caused stomach pains and diarrhea!
First day I tried it, slept like a baby but woke up groggy. However, I woke up a 2 am with terrible stomach pains and was in the bathroom all night. This continued for 3 days, I was in terrible pain and going in and out of the bathroom all day and night, and it only stopped after I stopped taking these sleep tablets. Be wary of the potential side effects!! I will not be recommending.
