Works great but not heavy duty like the shelves at Costco or Sam’s Club.
I was expecting the heavy duty tubing like the silver shelves you buy at the wholesale clubs. The tubes are not that level of industrial strength. That being said, the unit works great and is very sturdy, even when filled all the way up. I definitely would recommend it. It is very functional and practical. It was super easy to put together with 2 people.

Excellent value for the cost
This closet rack shelf unit is perfect. It’s given me so much extra storage space in my closet. I love that you can choose the height and location of the shelves. When assembling , I suggest not pushing the shelves in tightly in case you want to adjust. Wait until you’re happy with the shelf placement, then use a rubber mallet to tighten everything up. It’s very attractive as well. I did expect the poles to be a little thicker but I feel the unit is plenty sturdy to hold all my items. It comes with wall anchors which I highly recommend using if the unit is placed in an open area. You can see in my photos that I have the unit completely filled and there is no bowing or bending on the poles or shelves. This unit has completely transformed my closet and I am so happy with it.

This is sturdy and looks beautiful free standing in my laundry room.I designed mine with 2 shelves on top and 2 shelves on the bottom, I needed the hanger bar lower because I’m short. You can put the clips that hold the shelf on any level. Just make sure what you design it will not be too top heavy, but an anti tip device is included and it’s a great safety feature to install.This would be great to install in a closet, or let it free stand in your laundry room.The feet on the bottom are adjustable which allows you to raise or lower it if you have uneven floors.It’s well packaged, you only need scissors to cut the zip ties.You will also need a rubber mallet to get the shelf over the clips. But I didn’t use one, I just applied even pressure to each one and let it fall down into place until it stopped, then I did the other one and the other one until it was firmly in place.The only issue I encountered when putting it together was I was putting the plastic clips on upside down which didn’t allow the shelf to go on. It took me a minute to figure it out, then it was easy.I recommend this free standing clothing rack. It’s well made and sturdy and is a low cost home improvement for your mundane closet. It has 4 shelves which hold a lot and the design of where to put the shelves and the hanger bar is up to you. I love it and wish I bought it sooner!

use this in a guest room, to have guests hang their things up while visiting. the room is not very big, so having this compact rack was perfect. it’s made of tough metal, it was easy to build with clear directions.
