I started using this belly band just a few days after my C-section, and it has made a huge difference in my recovery. Unfortunately I’ll not be using it as it runs largeI’m 5’10 over 200 lb and a size M is too big for me. Overall a wonderful faja to use after hernia repair post op or just heavy lifting. Ill keep it to gift to a friend

Comfortable fit should have bought the small… I’m 32″ wait. Really helps with my back injury. I let my sister try it on since she too has back issues… She loved the way it alleviated her back discomfort and she too ordered one for herself.

After trying others that were too stiff this one works for me. Adjustable and for medium compression – I can sit down with this one where others were hard and less flexible. Also not too long on torso – doesn’t dig in under breast and groin at same time – for after tummy tuck and needing to keep compression on weeks 3 onwards
