Easy and efficient – great product.
My new Tineco works great! I have all tile floors with just area rugs in a pretty good size house. I’m older and if not careful can have back problems. Dragging my old heavy vacuum and separate mop/streamer was cumbersome and so time consuming! It wore me out. With the lightweight cordless Tineco One S7, cleaning is a beeeze. I actually like using it versus dreading the old way. I can finish my whole house (2500 sq ft) without recharging and it truly gets my floors cleaner because it sucks in the dirty water instead of just spreading it around like other steam mops. And it’s easier and so much faster. I’m so glad I made the investment! I would highly recommend.

The best steam vacuum
Absolutely love my Tenco vacuum! Easy to use and works really well. The steam feature gets really hot and not complicated to understand how to operate. Slim enough to store easily. I researched different models for two yrs before deciding on this one. I’m happy with my purchase. I opted for the corded model and this cord is long. The floors are sufficiently cleaned in my opinion and I don’t see any streaking. I have laminated wood floors and tile.

Durability, extraction, streaking, groutlines
The Tineco is one product I have 6 of, both corded and cordless. As a surgeon, OR nurse and PA, cleaning an Operating Room for the next patient is meticulously done to reduce staff infection, as well as many items seen under a microscope that would surprise most patients. I have used Tineco, Symphony, Crosswave and other vacuum steam mops. I thoroughly clean with OR disinfectants that the regular public doesn’t have access too. I tested cleanliness with consumer products versus Operating Room products. After a washing of both machine parts and observing under a microscope, if rollers, and the complete Tineco is cleaned as directed, there was, as you would imagine, a % of dirt and bacteria that was present on the parts like rollers which are being redistributed onto your floor. Using Isopropyl alcohol with no less than 70% added with dissolved Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda + bleach/Clorox Cleanup in spray bottle or a combination with Lysol with Hydrogen Peroxide multi-purpose cleaner is an excellent choice. THE KEY: with all cleaning is just that, keep your machine parts washed, sanitized /disinfected after every use is super important. Think of these machines which are costly, like a car that needs regular oil changes, filters, brakes, etc…in working order and the extra time in prevention far outweighs griping and complaining when the unit fails. PREVENTION is the key. I use Bissel demineralized water with the Tineco cleaning formula. After trying to cut corners using other cleaning products, which I realize, their cleaning solution is expensive, has the best results on tile, porcelain and wood. MY STEPS: vacuum floors completely, Then, I use a large jug to mix my cleaning formula to save time when I need to refill clean water tank, I have a brush on a handle if there is something that their roller brushes just won’t get up (I have requested from the company they offer roller heads, like Bissel offers with cloth heads, scrubbing rollers for those of you that have children or pets that “one roller fits all” is not what consumers need). If they are going to charge exorbitant prices for these machines, consumers of all class levels, need a reasonable choice that doesn’t break the bank. Depending on the size of your cleaning area, I change my rollers after every couple of rooms or at least clean and wash them quickly to avoid streaking. Walk backwards preventing foot marks, lean to the side into the light to see if there are spots you missed or might need to be gone over again, I carry a spray bottle of 511 Kleen & Reseal, the best cleaning and resealing product on the market for granite, marble, natural stone, ceramic & porcelain Tile and Grout (not wood) spray and go over with Tineco machine, let everything dry and see anyplace I missed. The cleanup of machine is time consuming, so the vacuuming is imperative because if there is hair or debris in dirty water tank, DO NOT THROW IN YOUR SINK OR GARBAGE DISPOSER which will cause clogging in your pipes, throw it outside in the planters after picking out hair or larger pieces of debris. It seems like more work than it’s worth, but it is better than hand mopping which spreads dirt around rather than extracting it to be thrown away. Well worth the money especially when they are on sale. That’s when I purchase more than one, cordless is great in any room that needs a quick clean-up when you get it on sale. Happy cleaning!

Your floor might be dirtier than you think….I love this steamer!
Here’s my take- We live on 10 acres in an agricultural area. I have about 2600 sq. feet of slate tile. The texture of the tile is “uneven”, not smooth. Certain times of the year we tolerant a fine dust on counters and floors; just part of country living. I also have 3 dogs so I vacuum at least twice a week. Mopping the floors always felt like I was just swishing around dirty water on the floors. It was a back breaking, time-consuming and messy process. The worst part was that after all that effort, a wet paper towel run along the floor I just cleaned still showed a dirty floor!I took the plunge and purchased the Tineco Floor One S5 Steam Cleaner. Yeah,… it was pricey and I was skeptical but, I’m 63 and mopping floors is getting hard. The concept was brilliant but, I needed to see it actually worked for myself. Easy set up right out of the box. Within 7-10 passes on the floor with the steamer, the “iLoop” sensor turned red (indicating the floor was dirty) and stayed red no matter how many passes I made with the unit. Then came the spoken message to stop the machine and run the “self-cleaning cycle” to make sure the unit was “functioning properly”. I ran the self-cleaning cycle and started again. The same thing happened again and again and again. I must have run the self-cleaning cycle 7 times attempting to clean about an 8×10 area of floor. Finally, I decided to test a theory. Not believing that my floors could be that dirty, I got on my hands and knees with the good ol’ bucket and scrub brush and proceeded to scrub a section of my floor until it passed the white paper towel test. THEN I used the steamer in that same clean area. No more error messages or red “iLoop” sensing. Yeah,…. my floors looked clean but, ….they were that dirty!Like I said, I vacuum twice a week but the steamer must have picked up enough fine dirt from the uneven tiles and grout that the unit sensed it. This caused the iLoop sensor to turn red and the “run self cleaning cycle” error to kick on. Once the floor was well scrubbed (especially the grout) the unit no longer gave a constant “stop and run the self cleaning cycle” message. I now run the steamer once a week without issue. I’ve only had the steamer for about 4 weeks but so far, it’s been working fine. My floors are cleaned without chemicals, just steam. They are literally squeaky clean. My two cents-The unit is great for maintaining clean floors but, don’t expect it to deep clean your floors. Do that initially yourself and then maintain the floors weekly with the steamer.

Using the Tineco Floor ONE S7 Steam Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner has completely changed how I clean my floors. From everyday dust to tough sticky messes and greasy spills, it handles everything effortlessly in a single pass. The combination of vacuuming, washing, and steam cleaning makes the process fast and extremely effective. The iLoop smart sensor is a standout feature—it instantly detects dirt levels and automatically adjusts power and water flow, so I never have to guess or manually change settings. Floors dry quickly and feel noticeably cleaner and more hygienic after each use. What truly improves the experience is the self-cleaning system. After cleaning, the machine cleans itself, leaving the brush fresh and ready for the next use with no unpleasant smell. Being cordless and lightweight, it’s easy to move around furniture and clean large areas without fatigue.Overall, the Tineco S7 offers a smooth, hassle-free cleaning experience with excellent results every time.
