    Perfect for Daily Reflection
I love this gratitude journal, this is my second one. After finishing my first, I tried a few others, but none of them resonated with me like this one does. I love the four simple questions and that there is no pressure to do it daily. The quotes and affirmations actually make sense and really make you think about what you are grateful for.It helped me realize that even in dark moments, there is always something to be grateful for, including the lessons in the hard times. Looking back at my finished journal was really meaningful, and I am excited to start this one again. It is not cheesy at all, it is thoughtful, takes about five minutes, and I highly recommend it.

It works! In just 5 minutes a day! Love it!!
I love love love this journal! I was expecting mostly blank pages, but instead every single page has the date and different thought-provoking questions for me answer on each page to help me to develop a gratitude mindset! Excellent!!! It’s clear this journal was created by a health psychologist who knows what she is talking about!! Yes!! I actually just ordered 10 more copes for gifts! I believe this journal will be extremely well-received as a gift!!!! Just wonderful!!! 👏👏♥️🙏

    Helps you think harder
When I’m in a certain season I struggle to be meaningful when thinking about what I’m grateful for. I hit the big things and maybe a couple small things and that’s it which doesn’t have as big an impact for heart change. This book really helps bc the prompts are unique every day and encourage a deeper look into what you’re grateful for and why. Love it.

    Great gratitude journal
This gratitude journal is a great way to end my day on a positive note. The prompts are thought provoking and over time help increase my positivity. I like that that prompts are short and easy to do, but different on each page.

Not the best, not the worst, useful for staying focused on the positive in life.
What do I like? The prompts for each day, they challenge me to think in a way I might not otherwise. The short format; if it were a long journal page, I might not do it. The little sayings at the top and bottom of each page. What don’t I like? Some of these prompts assume I have a good day or that I can feel positive about myself. Some days, that is simply not the case. I have only used it for about ten days, so I haven’t run into the repetitiveness others have mentioned, though the same questions are asked in different ways already.I ordered more anyway. I will share with friends, especially those who don’t like journaling but would like to give it a try. I have another journal with prompts, but they are the same prompts for every single day; I like that one for different reasons. If I have a prompt that I can’t answer for that day, I try to think of a time when it did apply. It’s ok to look back and remember something that may be encouraging or helpful today. Also, it today was a really bad day, I write that but look for anything that was positive: a text from a friend, a card in the mail, a phone call, sunshine, and the more broad categories like the ability to read and write. An additional way that I use this is to add a bible verse on each page that goes along with the saying(s) on that page. This helps me to stay in the bible, and I like finding that there are verses that neatly match those sayings. When I’m stumped on a prompt, sometimes the answer can be found in that verse. Just a thought :)One final thought: I think it’s entirely appropriate to write that I just can’t answer that prompt today. Perhaps it’s too painful, perhaps it’s an area I struggle with and am overwhelmed, or in some way it doesn’t “fit me” today. How can that help? I like to re-read what I’ve written every few days, and I can see the struggle and then – hopefully – the progress.

    Amazing journal!
Love this journal! Gratitude is a very important thing to do and this book keeps me centered and connected with myself.

  7. Belinda Region

    Easy to follow
I like the idea of the prompts. They repeat themselves after a while but that is ok. Life changes and new experiences happen. I’ll be getting it again when I fill this one up.

  8. J. Maxwell

    Fabulous to start gratitude journey
This is a wonderfully written book. It is perfect for anyone that is looking to initiate a gratitude practice. The questions are thoughtful and the quotes are meaningful. I think even the mist resistant “journaler” would be happy to have this book. PS it’s not really journaling!! Perfection.

  9. Amanda

I bought this to replace my 5 minute journal when the pages ran out. I like that the prompts for everyday are different so it actually makes you reflect and think of things you have to be grateful for.

Diario ben fatto , un aiuto per gli adolescenti per pensare positivo e cercare il lato positivo su accadimenti quotidiani. Da un buon spunto di riflessione

I brought this journal on a friend’s recommendation. I must say this is one of the best habit to start. It will transform your life and train your mind to think in positive ways possible and how you can heal by feeling grateful about everything you have in your life.
