5.0 out of 5 starsToughest Little Pilates Ball Ever – Survives BeachBody Workouts AND a Destructive Toddler!I bought this 9-inch soft Pilates ball specifically for Autumn Calabrese’s BeachBody “9 Week Control Freak” program (if you know, you know those inner-thigh squeezes and core moves with the ball are no joke). This little guy has been a total champ.- Holds air perfectly; I inflated it once three months ago and it’s still rock-solid even after daily squeezes, bridges, and hundreds of reps.- The surface is soft but grippy, so it never slips out from between my knees or under my lower back during hundred curls.- Perfect size; not too big, not too small. It gives just the right amount of resistance without feeling like I’m fighting a basketball.Now for the real durability test… my 2-year-old discovered it. He thinks it’s the greatest toy on earth. He throws it, sits on it, kicks it across the hardwood floor, uses it as a “drum,” and even bites it (yes, actual teeth marks). I fully expected it to pop within a week. Three months later? Still going strong. No leaks, no dents, barely even scuffed. I’m genuinely impressed.Bonus: It comes with a straw for easy inflating (no pump needed) and a plug that actually stays put. When I’m done working out I just toss it in the corner and let the toddler go to town; guilt-free.If you’re doing 9 Week Control Freak, Morning Meltdown 100, or any program that uses a small Pilates ball, this one is a no-brainer. Sturdy and works well to support the back and facilitate a number of Pilates exercises. Good to have as part of any equipment collection for home use.
