Okay- I’ve struggled both falling asleep or staying asleep for most of my life. I’ve tried many different sleep aides, this one is most consistent and pleasant. I’m a bigger guy, and tend to need “more” of just about anything to feel an effect, not this. It is about a 90 minute onset of gradual sleepiness and I get a full, rested, sleep. I can sleep 6-8 hours with this routinely, and I don’t feel groggy or hungover from it. Zzquil, melatonin, or an alcohol-based sleep thing (like nyquil) tends to make me feel like crap the next day, or like a zombie, not this. No side effects, no issues. Once in a bluemoon I do get the feeling of the “munchies”, as this is the only thing I “take” at night, I’m not sure if it is related.

GOOD DEAL. This “Sleep Aid” does the same job as a well known store brand by same name “Sleep Aid”. Both are blue softgel, same active ingredient and dose with exception of two inactive ingredients listed 5,6,7 . Only the price and quantity differ – better price and more pills.
