Not as strong as expected but fit under the bed!
The plastic itself was a bit thinner than expected but This fit under the bed! I got a 14″ King size bedframe and there was just enough (12 1/4″) space under there for all 4 bins fit on one side. I ordered 4 more to make it a total of 8. It doesn’t fit under the 14″ Queen bedframe though because the space is only 12″ underneath so I am getting 1″ bed risers to add height to make them fit.

Pretty durable, great storage solution
I ordered this set of 4 stackable bins for a clothing drive we’re holding at work. The bins were a much better solution than plastic bags for the initial collection of clothing and household items, and will most definitely be used again for the same reason/other various uses in the future. I took off one star from the rating because one bin was broken in one area on the lip from shipping. While it did not impact the functionality of the bin or the latching lid for the purpose we needed it for, I figured they ought to be just a bit more durable to withstand some rough handling without getting damaged. Still happy with the purchase overall and would still recommend.

Does not stand the test of time
I literally stopped in the middle of repacking my Halloween stuff up for storage just to write this review because that’s how annoyed I am with these storage containers. I think I bought them in 2022. They have been used for simple annual storage. The handles fall off easily, the sides push out past the lid so you can’t get the lids back on. I’m having to use duct tape to make the lids stay. The containers are not overpacked. I’m completely annoyed. I do not recommend these containers.

A lot flimsier than expected!
A lot flimsier than expected! I have purchased several plastic storage containers for a move across country from a variety of brands offered on Amazon. Different sizes for whatever household contents like clothing, personal items, sanitizing products, specially during the current COVID-19 pandemic and moving from the #1 county in US with highest number of cases outbound to the boondocks, so to speak.First thing I do when these containers arrive is check the sturdiness and inspect for broken handles and lids. Very disappointed with these. As soon as I pulled them out of the box, immediately found one of the handles at the bottom of the box. Then check where it came from and what else could be broken. The handles are very thin. They pop in place, which means, they easily will come off, and will not not be a secure fit.Very thin plastic everything, so having purchased 71 qt containers hoping to fit bigger items based on the measurements, it will not hold anything fragile without wasting a lot of space with bubble wrap, or anything weighing more than 5 lbs at best.Don’t have time to exchange these as I’m out of time. Otherwise, they would definitely be going back. Worst is tomorrow I’m expecting a set of larger ones, so will have to rethink what I’ll be using these for as I have 2 days before I leave.Expected better from Rubbermaid, but I think they haven’t mastered the art of building anything other than food leftovers containers. Unless, you are packing feathers in these containers, don’t buy anything bigger than a few quarts.Not very clear plastic to see your contents either, which is the reason I buy clear plastic. Not very thick either, and very cheap mass production with zero quality control. The handle that was at the bottom of the box, was there, because the plastic hole was not cut thru, and with the edge of a paper clip, I opened the whole. That’s how thin the plastic is. Seriously overpriced item.

The size of these totes are the perfect size for storing larger items, but not enough where they will become too heavy or awkward to lift and move. They stack easily on top of themselves and I love that they are clear so I can see easily what is inside so I don’t have to spend time popping lids open and digging through for whatever it is I am looking for. I will be ordering more and organizing the rest of my basement.

Great capacity for storing things, just don’t fill/make them to heavy. Because of the size they can be heavy to move around.
