Have been wanting a slightly smaller dryer and one with a concentrater as my old dryer is huge and the concentrater was missing from the box. And no, the company wouldn’t help with that. I don’t use a blow dryer that often, but so far this lighter, smaller dryer is working out well for me. I have fairly short hair so it doesn’t take that long to dry. I like the medium heat setting, it’s just warm enough without frying my hair. The attachment fought me for a minute getting it on, but it’s a good attachment. Good amount of airflow keeping it on low. If you have long or thick hair, I’m not sure how powerful this dryer will be for you. For my short, fine, thin hair it’s great.

This thing works pretty well. It’s a great size so it can be brought anywhere without needing its own bag. It’s easy enough to use with the settings being direct so it’s hard to mess up. Blows nice hot air and the temp hasn’t seemed to fluctuate any so the drying speed is good. It’s a must have for the good price. Seems durable and it’s been holding up so far
