Great for Rehab and for Travel
I bought these because they looked like the bands I was using in physical therapy to rehab my elbow and shoulder. They are good quality and appear to be the same as the ones at PT. Great for rehab work when you need lighter weight than the cables and machines in a gym typically provide. And they are portable so great for traveling and still getting in some kind of workout.

Much easier to use that flat bands because of the handles. The over door connector is fast too use and non damaging. Highly recommend this style. Getting the bands and door anchor together is a great value vs. ordering separately.
