Great product. I was surprised by the weight balance when working out, no issues or strain on joints, feel solid and stable when lifting. I have been scared about the weights slates falling out of the dumbbell when lifting but it stays on. I really needed weights to use at home when I’m too tired or busy to go to the gym and this has been a game changer for me.

I purchased the Readaeer Resistance Bands, Exercise Bands… as the cheaper options I had bought from KMart snapped after using them for about a year, these new bands are much sturdier and easier to use. I am happy to recommend them.
