This machine is fabulous. It cleans better than any other machine I have ever used. I clean houses for other people and now I only have to carry one machine as it does all types of cleaning. Love it

Amazing machine, saves time, great suction, perfect for home and office.
I purchased this for my cleaning company. The reviews I read were really good. In my opinion, it has amazing suction. It does become less intense when the bags are nearly full, but that makes sense with any bagged vacuum. I would it takes a while for the bag to fill up with general domestic use. However for commercial use, it takes less time to fill up. The hose will occasionally, if you are left handed, hit the power switch and turn the machine off. The attachments for the hose and wand can be tricky to get on, but once it is done several times you get a feel for it. The attachments do not fit in every portion of the wand. For instance, the upholstery att. will not fit into the most upward pipe, but it will fit into the hose, and the lower pipe with the secure swivel end. High Pile carpets and rugs are challenging for this vacuum. The backward side to side motion really only works on bare floor, or low pile carpet. Instead, for High Pile, you have to pull, lift place, and pull again. It picks up a lot of things with ease, due to great suction, but you will occasionally suck up a cord or unwanted items that will get lodged into the floor attachment. The bare floor attachment needs to be cleaned, by hand frequently. The cord is long, which can create knots and binds, taking some time to release. However, the length of the cable means you do not need to unplug as often. You can walk from room to room, and if it get wedged between something a gentle(or rough) tug will fix it.All in all, I prefer this vacuum for cleaning homes and offices. It is versatile, dependable, and well made. I highly recommend it to those with back or neck issues, or those who need to cover a large space in a short amount of time.

Many excellent features…but heavy on my back.
I like easily reaching high areas (ceiling) not normally cleaned in house. And floor molding and room corners. And window casings and frames. I like using the floor attachment on the extension to dust hardwood areas under furniture. I like having both hands free to maneuver the hose. I like the super long extension cord that allows me to vacuum large areas without having to plug and unplug moving from room to room. I love how easy it is to vacuum stairs leading to our basement. I also like convenience vacuuming the inside of our van without pushing, pulling, plugging and unplugging cord on the upright to reach all areas in vehicle. I love the hepa clean air feature to help minimize allergens being released into the house. Good strong suction. Good quality hose, metal extensions, and attachments that will last for years.The one and only thing I do not like is how heavy it is on my back. It is advertised weighing 6 lbs.. however it feels like 15 on my back. I’m adjusting how I walk and move while wearing this backpack vacuum. One needs to think about how to move around without bumping up against walls and furniture in smaller rooms. It gets a little easier with each use. Unit has excellent straps to tighten or loosen as needed for support. Easy to handle while vacuuming. But heavy.For my rugs I still use my Upright vacuum cleaner.In fairness, my upper body strength is not what it was years ago. I’m in pretty good health and condition for 71 years old. But if one has bad knees, or hips, or back problems, this type vacuum may not be best choice.
