I’m currently 3 days postpartum, and this belly band has been a lifesaver! It’s snug but still very comfortable, and I love how easy it is to put on—just one piece, unlike other bands with 3+ separate parts. Love the quality of this band. It’s strong enough to keep everything in shape but comfortable enough to wear all day. I’m a size large but I got a size medium. It’s perfect if you have a short torso. I’m a mom so I need something thick and strong and this has impressed me 10/10.

Bought this postpartum , so it does suck you in pretty good and supports your back only problem was that the support sticks keep stabbing me in my ribs and made it super uncomfortable to wear

Postpartum recovery
I am 6 days postpartum from having a C-section. This belly band has been helping with my recovery. It is good quality and adjustable. I like that it is all one piece, making it much easier to use. I find it has helped keep me stable and keep my core in place. Getting out of bed is much easier, thanks to the stability this provides. I would recommend this for any post surgery procedures and will even continue to use after to help with posture.
