The set is focused on improving balance, recovery, flexibility and muscle toning, and it really complies with that. The ring has a firm but comfortable resistance, perfect for working legs, arms and core without forcing the joints. In addition, it helps a lot to improve posture during exercises.I really liked the detail of the thank you message included in the packaging; it feels like a product designed to take care of the complete user experience.In general, it is a super practical accessory if you like to do pilates at home or want to complement your routine with soft but effective toning exercises. Very good quality and excellent presentation.

Very nice set of pilates equipment
Very nice set of pilates equipment. I love the color (purple). It seems like the items should stand up to a fair amount of use. I am giving it four stars because I am a novice when it comes to pilates, so I am not sure how some of the pieces are used, and the instructions are for only a few of the items and are just pictures (so not really helpful for a newbie like me). So, if you’re like me, you will have to do some research to figure out how to use some of the pieces.

Comprehensive kit for beginners & seasoned yogis
Perfect starter set! My gym has classes and only offers the yoga balls. The teacher keeps asking us to get our own ring. I love the color! It matches one of my outfits perfectly. When I first started doing yoga & Pilates, I needed the stick foot socks. This set is perfect for beginners. It comes with everything you need to start and the exercise book offers a comprehensive routine to follow! Great value for the price. My favorite piece is the stretch band with the holders. It is really comfortable to hold and has a good amount of resistance for shoulder warmups.

A decent set, but not the best quality
The box it comes in is cute, but once you open it: Everything in this set is a little cheaply made. I’d hoped to be able to use it for a giveaway at one of my Pilates workshops, but I don’t think I’m comfortable doing so based on its quality. You’ll want to leave it out of its packaging for a while because there’s a strong chemical/plastic odor when it’s first opened. It’s not very expensive so hopefully no one is expecting much based on its price point but I’d recommend investing in something a bit better quality. There are also items in the kit without any explanation of use.

What kind of chemical 🤔 is in this ball
Well as nice as the product is, there is a problem with the ball. I attempted to blow it up but found difficulty in enough air. However I set it on a brand new white dresser and it was there for a couple of days and It ate the paint away 😮 are you kidding me 😞 what is this ball made of ????? Very ticked off in Texas

Nice Pilates set for at home use
Great starter set for some at home pilates. I mostly use the ball and bands for exercises and they all have held up great so far. The carrying bag is super convinient to keep everything in the same place.
