Abduction and adduction – Unlike single-purpose exercisers, this Hip Abductor and Adductor Training Ball offers two ways to train: Use the resistance bands for pulling exercises to target thigh muscles, or compress the ball to engage pelvic floor and hip muscles. Maximize workout efficiency for comprehensive lower-body toning.
Postpartum Recovery & Pelvic Floor Focus – Specially designed for new moms, this trainer strengthens pelvic floor muscles (critical for bladder control and core support) during postpartum recovery. It also tones thighs and hips to regain pre-pregnancy strength and shape.
Premium PP & TPE Materials – Crafted from durable PP (polypropylene) (for the stable, long-lasting ball structure) and flexible TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) (for skin-friendly, elastic resistance bands). Safe, comfortable, and built to endure repeated use.
Multi functional design and sufficient accessories: including inflation equipment and 3 resistance bands, adjustable in both directions and multiple gears according to needs
Targeted Thigh & Hip Sculpting – Beyond pelvic floor benefits, the dual-action design effectively targets inner/outer thigh and hip muscles, helping sculpt, tighten, and strengthen these areas for a more toned lower body.

A bit tight for plus sized person
It took me a bit to get this out of the box and use it but once I did, its become a part of my routine. It has a bit of a learning curve because it doesn’t feel super intuitive of where to place it for certain exercises but I finally found the spots that work my muscles best. On the positive side, it holds air well and seems to be made well. I haven’t had any problems with its sturdiness. On the other hand, as a plus sized person, I found that the bands dig into my thighs a bit. This was definitely made for a smaller person than me.

    Hard to use
I am not exactly sure how to work these. Am I supposed to take the band off to get them on? There are no instructions and it’s not super obvious to me. I can’t get my legs in with the bands on but they are difficult to get the band on around my legs. I was pretty excited about these since I just gave birth and was hoping to get back into shape, but I can’t really use them to give a solid review.

  3. Empress Fayer

    Surprisingly Strong Thigh Trainer
This hip abductor/adductor training ball is surprisingly strong and really gives a good workout. It targets the thighs and pelvic floor well, and the resistance is higher than I expected for something so small. It’s lightweight, easy to use at home, and perfect for adding extra burn to leg day or quick routines.

  4. Indiya

    Terrible
It is way to small the bands snap off all the time. Waste of money

  5. Sunflower

A simple tool that does its job well
Pro:It is very easy to use. You can just sit and use it while watching TV.It has two ways to use it: you can squeeze it between your thighs or your knees. This is good for different muscles. The material feels strong and is easy to clean. It really helps to make those inner muscles feel stronger again after having a baby.Con:The instructions that come with it are not very clear. I had to guess a little at first. It might feel a bit too hard for someone just starting. You need to be gentle.

    Pelvic floor muscle trainer
This pelvic floor trainer is great for kegels or hip abductors and to strengthen your pelvic floor. With that said this is nothing new except for the design of this ball. The ball comes deflated with six bands that you have to attach to two plastic pieces sitting on either side of the ball. I will say I’m not really a fan of this design because the straps tend to pop out and you can’t slide your leg into the strap with the ball inflated, so you have to keep taking the straps on and off. There were no directions in the box. Although it was not difficult to attach the straps to the ball and then inflate it with the included pump. The straps are rubber and tend to pinch on your skin a little bit. Another flaw in the design, in my opinion. With all that said, it does work. I can feel the muscles being worked, but I don’t know if I would buy this again because I feel like the design is a little bit more cumbersome than it needs to be. The two big plastic pieces get in the way of exercising and they are only attached by a small rubber piece that if it pulls out the ball will pop. I also have to go do some research on what exercises you can do with this since it didn’t come with any directions. Bottom line, it will work and help you strengthen your pelvic floor, but a lot of things work for that…..

  7. Yasmeen

    Easy!
I loveeeee when things are made simple. Stretching is so important and pelvic floor is equally important especially as a postpartum woman. This makes it easy to use for Pilates, yoga or general stretching. You of course need to make sure you’re engaging your core and breathing but it takes a lot of the quess work out. Plus it’s pink !!!

  8. Casiano

    A little awkward
Easy to assemble with good resistance. A little awkward but you can get some strength training from it. With the 3 bands on its very tight and tough to do. So I’d advise starting with 1 or 2. After I did that, it made so much more sense. So with a little adjusting and getting use to, it turns out to be a nice workout.
