Exactly what I wanted
This stuff has saved my hair! I recently had a lot of hair loss due to an extremely stressful year. I thought I was going bald! I went to the dermatologist they confirmed it was stress hair loss and recommended trying biotin. After researching many other brands, this one stood out for the minimal ingredients and the safety. I love that it isn’t a huge list of ingredients and added vitamins since I already take a multivitamin. I have had no gastrointestinal side effects, which is surprising, since I tend to have a sensitive stomach. I have been taking this stuff for about six months now. My hair loss is minimal now and I no longer mourn every shed piece of hair in the shower. I have noticeable baby hairs coming in and my scalp shows less. My nails and skin have also improved in health and brightness. The lemon taste is good but does have a bit of an unpleasant smell that you have to ignore. Highly recommend.

Stronger nails
I was suffering from paper nails after pregnancy and this gummies helped a lot, made my nails grown and stronger, feels good in my tummy, has a citric flavor, i like the price, is a clean product free of harsh chemicals.

Helping my hair and skin postpartum
These vitamins have been so helpful and I have seen a difference in hair regrowth and skin health postpartum. I had bald patches and significant hair loss at 4 months postpartum (when I started taking these) and now I am 6 months and my baby hairs are 3/4 inch long and my bald patches are filling in. My skin has typically always been prone to breaking out as well and since being on these it has been so clear. I haven’t changed my skin care regimen one bit but I have less breakouts. They’re very soft and chewy and taste like lemon. You do need to take these consistently to see long term results. I took a couple week break while moving and noticed my breakouts came back in those weeks probably due to stress, lack of sleep, and not taking these. I will continue to buy this long term

They don’t have a bad taste, they have a lemon taste. I have been on pospartum for a month now and I’ve seen results with my hair, nails, skin and hormones. Even my digestive system has gotten better. Definitely I do recommend these

Nail and Hair Growth, No Bloating Help
I started taking these at 5 to 5 1/2 months PP. I did notice my nails and hair growing faster, hair was thicker. As for the tummy, I wasn’t expecting anything drastic like a flat tummy again but I had at least though maybe the bloating would recede. Unfortunately not the case. Tasty and a good way to add some extra self care to your mommy morning routine. Would recommend but don’t have high expectations from just a gummy alone.

Tastes alright – not my fav flavor, but it’s nice and sweet! Easy to chew.Haven’t been taking them for too long so I can’t say how effective it is for my nails and skin just yet but I think it will work well based on these other reviews.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was 3 months post partum when I first bought these vitamins. I was looking for something to help with my hair loss and I am so glad I found them!! I’m 4 months post partum now and I can see baby hairs growing! The taste is good and they’re soft and chewy. I definitely recommend! I have a bottle in my cart now to re-order.
