Heats milk fast
Using this machine takes a couple tries and it has a bit of a learning curve to it. You need to pay attention to it. Once the timer is done, remove the milk immediately. It will keep heating up the milk otherwise. Wear a dish washing gloves to pull the milk out. It’s easier than using the tabs on the sides to lift it out; you can lift it with one hand and avoid a possible burn from the steam.When warming bottles we found that the ring tends to get really hot so I change it out before I feed the baby. (This is a little annoying but manageable given the speed of the machine)If you want to warm milk in a bag I found that using the room temperature setting on the lowest volume size works perfectly as long as I remove the milk promptly and keep the top off. This isn’t a machine for warming milk when you’re out and about but we did take it when we were away from home for a few days.

Great for the price
I’ve really been liking this warmer, especially since the directions are printed right on the side. It threw me off at first and felt a little confusing to use, but after a couple tries it made total sense. One thing I learned fast: you really do have to dump out the water after each use. If not, the bottle heats unevenly.It takes about six minutes to warm a bottle and works great with MAM bottles and so far Dr. Brown’s. I’ve found I prefer using glass bottles, but that’s just my own preference. It’s also super easy to clean, and for the price, I’d absolutely recommend it.

Buttons Barely Work
TLDR: We tried out three different bottle warmers. This one (Mom Cozy), the Philips Avent, and the Baby Brezza (non-smart one). We ended up going with the Baby Brezza because it had buttons that were easy to push and was the most consistent in getting room and fridge temp bottles to the optimal drinking temperature.The big issue with the Mom Cozy bottle warmer is that the buttons were so hard to push and even when using both hands and pressing hard, sometimes they still didn’t work. Not something I would be able to do with a screaming baby in one hand. Working buttons should be the bare minimum for a product. On top of that, this warmer heats via steam rather than water bath so the top of the bottle is very hot when you pull it out. Also, allegedly steam heating isn’t great for breast milk anyway and should really only be used for formula. Not an expert on that subject though.The Philips Avent was very simple which I loved, but was pretty inconsistent in getting the right temperature. Sometimes it was too hot or too cold, even with the same amount of liquid in the bottle. Both room temp and fridge temp bottles had the same issue with drinking temperature consistency. Another big drawback was that this warmer didn’t have a sound or ding to let you know it was done. You just have to watch it and if you leave it in for too long afterwards, the water bath continues to heat it up and it gets too hot. We ended up doing this several times because we forget it was in there.Finally, the Baby Brezza. We didn’t see any reason to spend extra money for the smart version of this product and still don’t feel we should have. This product has the option to do water bath OR steam heating. Neither of the previous two did both. The buttons were easy to push and although this one was less intuitive to use, it’s not that difficult once you know the two button process. Of the three we tested, this warmer most consistently got the bottle to a good drinking temperature. This warmer also has a timer with minutes and seconds countdown and it has a sound after it is done heating. The only drawback is that when you pour the water out, if you tilt it forward and then pour, some water gets trapped in the lip and then leaks down the front. If you just tilt it to the side and back and then pour, that seems to fix the issue. Overall, the best one of the three though.

Positive and negatives
I’m giving this product a 3 star review because it has both positive and negative features.The positive:- Warms up milk fast within 5-7 minutes- Easy to use and comes with all parts neededThe Negative:- Doesn’t fit tall bottles and therefore it doesnt warm up the tall bottles the same as the short ones that can fit within the steam cover- The glass setting is weird and doesnt work as well as when we set it to plastic so even if we are using a glass bottle, we set it to plastic- The thawing milk bags says that it needs 67 minutes to thaw but in reality, it only needs about 10 to 15 minutes. The first time we used it, we waited the full time and it was such a waste of time especially when you have a screaming newborn so just keep that in mind.Overall a lovely product and it’s easy to clean and small in size for my counter space.

I am not sure if it’s the product or it was used maybe beforehand but it stopped working after first use.
