1. Regarding Product Size & Model: The CV30 Design
Please Note: You are purchasing our newer CV30 model.
Dimensions: 20.3″D x 11.3″W x 4.7″H. This model is intentionally designed with a compact and streamlined profile compared to our standard CV30 pro model.
Why It’s Better: This sleek design saves space, making it ideal for modern homes and apartments, while still delivering the same powerful performance you expect. Please be aware that its platform surface area is optimized for effective use and may be slightly smaller than older or other models you might have seen.
2. Regarding Vibration Intensity & Speed Settings: You Are in Control
The sensation of vibration is a new experience for many. It is perfectly normal to need time to adjust to the feeling.
Start Slow! If you are a beginner, we strongly recommend starting at the lowest speed setting (Level 1). Allow your body a few sessions to become accustomed to the vibrations.
Full Control: Our vibration plate for lymphatic drainage features multiple speed settings (e.g., 1-10 levels) for a reason. The intensity is fully adjustable to suit your personal comfort and fitness level. If the vibration feels too strong, simply reduce the speed level. You can gradually increase the intensity as you become more comfortable and confident.

Vibration Therapy for Me
Love this machine! It’s comes with a remote and it’s easy to use. I bought it to help with lymphatic drainage and some swelling that I have in my left leg. Overall I have been very pleased with the progress. I have the smaller one but will probably upgrade to the bigger one .

Body feels more relaxed after session
I have only had this a few days, but so far it is excellent! No assembly required and it is easy to use with the remote control. I can’t speak to the scientific side of things, but my body definitely feels more relaxed after using it. It automatically stops after 10 minutes, which I really like as I’m not wondering how much longer is left, etc. There are 10 strength settings, and the user manual includes a list of different exercises/massage techniques that can be done with the product. Not overly heavy, so you can move it around your space.

Im shooketh. Lol
This thing is ahhhmazingg! It has me where I need to be. The 10 minute cut off is nice to have I had to get used to it at first because of the stinging/itch. But after some consistency my body is now falling right in line. I’m able to go to higher levels. My granddaughter was having trouble with a bowel movement and I put her on it and my goodness it worked. She’s 10 months. So just get it

Good for price-not perfect
Very reasonable price for vibration plate. On the lowest setting, I feel the itch that indicates increased circulation after several minutes. I feel invigorated and refreshed after using it. I also feel increased sensation in my lower legs and feet, which have neurological damage.Drawbacks- the platform is very small. I have women’s size 8.5 feet and it’s barely wider than the length of my feet. The remote is nice, but I wish the plate itself also had controls. The platform has a grippy plastic surface, which is helpful for balance but also catches lint and is difficult to clean. Lastly, the entire board tips when too much weight is placed on one side. So, you need to be mindful when stepping on and off, especially if you have impaired balance.

I’ve been using the MERACH vibration plate for a bit now, and overall I’m impressed with how well it performs for a home exercise machine. The build feels solid, the platform is stable, and the vibration levels are strong enough to actually make a difference during workouts. I like that you can choose between multiple modes and intensities — it makes it easy to use whether you just want light movement for circulation or a more intense session to really activate your muscles.Setup was simple and the machine is surprisingly quiet, which I appreciate because I use it early in the morning. The remote works well, the display is clear, and the slim design makes it easy to slide under furniture when I’m not using it. Even short sessions on it feel effective, which is great when you don’t have a lot of time. The only drawback, and it’s a noticeable one, is the calorie tracking feature. The numbers it shows are extremely high for the amount of effort being put in. It’s almost like the machine is calculating based on vibration time alone rather than actual physical exertion. For example, a short session might show a calorie burn that doesn’t seem physically realistic, especially compared to fitness trackers or even basic cardio machines. I wouldn’t rely on this feature if you’re specifically trying to monitor your calorie output.
