Since having my second, I have taken this everyday and I believe it has helped my time in the bathroom be a lot smoother and my body regulate better. I would recommend if looking for a probiotic.

They do smell
I almost didn’t get these because of the reviews about the smell, I’m extremely sensitive to smells. They have some good added supplements so I gave them a try. The smell is definitely bad, my drawer smells like rotten fish but they don’t have an after taste and I think they are working. Not sure if I can recommend or not but haven’t found other probiotics I really like and nice not having to take ashwaganda separately. Don’t think I could handle during the first trimester but otherwise I’d say give them a shot.

Minty fish & Drained milk supply
Smells like minty fish, tastes like minty fish with a side of licorice and is giving me the worst GI attack I’ve ever had (I literally have Crohn’s) right now 15min after taking them. I am sitting on the edge of my bed dry heaving with severe abdominal cramping. I also think these have drained my milk supply significantly from a previously well established supply as I am 12weeks pp and just started taking these. I don’t know how these can be considered good for post partum women?! I do not recommend anybody take these!!!

Probably one of the only brands I will ever trust purchasing off of amazon. When it comes to medicine I get very weird about trying something offline, but I gave these guys a shot and I am so glad I did! The smell was bad, the taste was okay, but the energy and almost mental clairty? I felt was beyond compare. Such a great brand to purchase from I will be doing so again shortly!
