Worth every dollar!
This bottle warmer is great! My son is now 8 months old and I think we have used it since he was 6 weeks old or so. I have used it to warm frozen mother’s milk, refrigerated mother’s milk, room temperature bottles & formula. It works great! There is a chart to help you with times on how long to warm your bottles for how many ounces & whether it is room temp, refrigerated or frozen, in a glass bottle, plastic bottle or a mother’s milk bag (this was extremely helpful as we have used all of those methods of storage or bottles!). I have not tried it for heating food at all yet. We keep this chart hanging on our fridge and refer to it each time we are making a bottle. They were conservative in their times, which I appreciate as I do not want to overheat the bottle! My main concern with some of the cheaper ones (when reading reviews) is the lack of shut-off and overheating. I was for safety all the way and did not want to destroy any nutrients with the breastmilk by overheating. This is a product that you will be using many, many times a day and in the long run it is worth every dollar. Even when we returned to work and were not using it during the work week day, we still have never regretted the purchase. It is something that is still used often enough to be worth it. The only thing is to make sure to clean it the way it says to. We keep the cleaning/descaling instructions on the fridge as well! It should be cleaned every couple of days and it is pretty easy and doesn’t take that long, but you can forget and if you go a week without cleaning it (you basically have add soap & water & rinse a couple of times), it starts to get gross. If that happens, just clean it & descale a little more often and it is fine. The descaling process just involves some vinegar & water sitting in it for a period of time (10-15 minutes I think). I usually do it after baby was in bed for the night. The only other thing is we keep a water bottle next to the warmer and add a little bit of water as needed as some of it evaporates out during the day usually. I don’t know what we would have done without this wonderful product! Love it!

Works with ANY CONTAINER OR BOTTLE, and works WONDERFULLY!
So, I had to go back to work part time when the kiddo was 3 weeks old, and my husband would be primary caretaker on those days, using pumped breastmilk. I told him I was going to order a bottle-warmer for him to use. He said he didn’t need one. :o) After one day of trying to heat up the bottle the old fashioned way, with a demanding kid in one arm, he acknowledged he needed a bottle warmer. This one seemed pricey, but also had the best reviews, and seemed to be the only one that would work with the bottles we liked best (Como Tomo). It also has the advantage of using the “spa” method, where it creates a little vortex of perfect temperature water to heat up the milk without any danger of denaturing the proteins or overheating. It is totally worth the money!!We received it quickly (2 days!), and it works so easily and wonderfully! My own mother is ecstatic over how easy it is to use, and how well it works! It basically just has a timer on front, and once you determine the right time for your amount of milk in your bottles, you are good to go! When we received it, we used regular cow milk as our test substance, and tried it out from refrigerator and from freezer. (As an example, for my bottles, Como Tomo 250 ml, it takes 6.5 minutes to warm 2 oz of milk from refrigerator. It takes 20 to warm from frozen, so I usually put frozen milk (from Sensible Lines Milk Trays) in bottle night before, stick in fridge, and let it thaw that way). But, because of the way it works, it can accomodate any container, from breast milk frozen in bags, to other bottles, to even a glass I used to warm cream for my coffee (just testing). It never overheats the milk, and nothing ever spills. This actually also travels really easily, Just hold it upside down over a sink to drain out the water, and put it in the car. We have taken with us to grandmother’s house for long weekends. I do usually use filtered or distilled water in it, just to make it easier to clean when the time comes. This has been one of my best baby purchases, worth every penny!

Good bottle warmer, but
We picked this unit up based on reviews from others, so I don’t have experience with another bottle warmer type other than this. Having said that, it does the trick (most of the time, see notes below) warming the bottle and you get used to how much to turn the dial to get the bottle where you need it.Here are some issues I have with it. When we had our newborn, we were still using the small, and skinney 1.5 oz and 3 oz by Medela. Because of their size, they fell over or didn’t float properly to warm evenly. This unit works best with a standard size Medela bottle and at least 3 ozs of milk. Because we only use formula as a supplement to breast milk, we never have a lot of formular in the bottle so they float around and warming temp varies. The issue I have now is, after a couple months, the warming is inconsistent. First, I have noticed that turning the dial to 2 or 3, it sometimes comes on, but the timer doesnt kick in, so it never shuts off. You have to keep an eye on it. Also, the warming is inconsistent. Sometimes the water is quite hot-warm and you see steam, sometimes after a few minutes, the water is barely even warm and you have to run it again to warm up the bottle. In the middle of the night or 2 a.m., standing on a cold tile floor waiting for it to heat up a bottle is annoying.Maybe ours is defective? Because we have hard water in our area, we only use distilled water in the unit so if I know that’s not that problem. I might try to return it and hopefully have better luck with the new one.

Excelente producto.

I had this product for 7 months now, we are using it 5-7 times a day and until now it worked perfectly. Unfortunately the timer broke today, I contacted Kiine Kozii and hope for a fast and easy resolution. We will see how it goes. I find glass bottles heat much faster and the estimated time given by the company is exact. With plastic bottles (Tommy Tippee) it took much more time even though we did everything as described in the manual. We really loved this bottle warmer until today, and it the resolution with the timer goes well I will certainly give it a 5 Stars and recommend it to a friend!Update: So on less than a week I received a new one by express mail. They contacted me after instructing to simply discard the old one. That was absolutely amazing service, effective and professional. They really stand by their products and I would definitely buy again from Kiinde Kozii.

Highly recommended! This is a very well reviewed warmer for a reason! This is one of the only warmers that fit a Tommee Tippee bottle. And I believe the only one on the market that works with water and not steam. It’s super effective to warm bottles evenly; although it’s a bit slower than a steam warmer. It’s a much safer and more effective way to warm any bottle.
