I tried it as soon as I got it. The resistance of this hip training device is just right, and I feel it’s quite effective for strengthening my pelvic floor muscles. The quality is very good that it’s comfortable to use for exercising. It doesn’t pinch or hurt my leg muscles during exercising. I love the color.

I love this product! It’s so easy to use and can travel easily. The parts are easy to put together and they can rotate as needed. I was able to see results quickly with daily use and that keeps me motivated to do it every day. After having two babies this product has been a great inclusion in strengthening my pelvic floor. I can easily use this while watching TV. One thing I would recommend is just a touch more padding. Overall, highly recommend!

This is exactly what I was looking for and needed. Im 4.months postpartum and its hard to find the time to do workouts but with this trainer im able to do my pelvic floor exercises and a full body workout from the comfort of my own home and even from bed while baby is sleeping. Easy to use and compact. Love the color too
