Der Bauchgurt war eine richtig gute Investition während meiner Schwangerschaft. Mit wachsendem Bauch wurde das Gewicht immer schwieriger zu tragen und dabei noch gerade zu stehen, ohne Hohlkreuz oder sonstige Fehlhaltung. Mit dem Gurt konnte ich länger aktiv sein und er war angenehm zu tragen. Selbst im Sommer hab ich ihn gerne zur Unterstützung genutzt. Der Artikel war für mich eine echt Entlastung und ich kann jeder Schwangeren mit Rückenschmerzen den Gurt empfehlen. Er lässt sich auch super flexibel einstellen mit Klettverschluss, ist waschbar und dezent.
