Quality and Comfort
Absolutely love this toga mat. Its nice and thick but also comfortable. I don’t really do much of any workouts with shoes on, just barefoot, and the mat holds up really well. It fits my size comfortably and I’m 5’2 and only 115lbs. I have plenty of extra room on top and bottom.

Most comfortable yoga mat I’ve ever owned
I’ve owned 4 yoga mats by 3 companies over the years. This is by far the most comfortable, especially on wood floors where I need extra cushion for floor exercises that put direct pressure on my knees – especially a single knee. This is the only yoga mat I have where the pressure points are never uncomfortable. It is soft but firmly resilient and grippy enough for my feet and hands. It’s also very light and rolls up very easily. The color is lovely. I’m very sensitive to smells but noticed none with this (the navy version). Super happy with this mat – am buying another one so I don’t have to carry it back and forth between workout areas.

Good Yoga Mat
Good quality yoga mat overall. I expected it to be a bit thicker, but it still works well. It’s not entirely non-slip, so if you’re doing hot Pilates or yoga, I’d recommend wearing grippy socks. It also comes with a carrier, which is a nice bonus and makes it easy to transport.
