(Update 12/17/25: Changing my review rating as the company has been amazing to work with. After this review, I was contacted by the support team. They are working on firmware to address the height issues. For me, the key to a good tech company is the support and they have been very responsive. After spending some time with E25, I can confidently say the roller mop is the way to go. Other designs with spinning pads should be considered obsolete. The way this thing cleans the roller as it goes, simply cannot be beat and is extremely efficient. Spinning pads are rotating dirt on your floor, simple as that. This unit also creates a nice 3D map, and does it extremely quickly. It never gets lost, and it always knows exactly where it is in the house. I will further update this review as the E25 firmware progresses.)Ok, this thing has some pretty great tech. The mapping is awesome. The height however is a serious problem that eufy refuses to fix. (I connected with support). It does not clean under kitchen cabinets along the toe kick… they know about it and have no plans to change it. It treats our couch as a wall, and won’t go under that either. Just idiotic. Not sure how this thing is getting good reviews considering these glaring problems. Stay away if you want under your cabinets clean. Cant believe I even need to say that….

Roughly every 3-4 years I’ve bought the latest robo vacuum in the hopes that it could performantly vacuum our 1 story house without issue. Every 3-4 years I’ve been disappointed. This year, was not so!Previous vacuums have taken hours to map out the house, often getting stuck and needing to re-do it several times, which was a huge pain. This vacuum mapped our house in about 10 minutes, focusing on mapping before vacuuming and mopping. Easy and painless.Previous vacuums would often lose their maps if the robot got confused or the station or robot had to be moved. This one can handle these changes without a problem.Previous vacuums got stuck time and time again. Even after fiddling with no-go zones and such, a new problem would always crop up. This guy has only gotten stuck once, and thats because we left the dog pen open, which has a lip. Every other time, it has been flawless.Previous vacuums could not handle room changes and new additions would cause it to be confused. This one handles changes and even temporary obstructions without any hassle at all.Previous vacuums would require massive effort in untangling the brushes at least once a week. I haven’t had to touch this robot a single time since I purchased it.The mopping feature is excellent. The vacuuming features are excellent, and the general navigation is excellent. Which are literally the things I care about.The app is easy to use and has excellent house/room/zone cleaning functionality for a wide variety of vacuuming and spot cleaning options.Honestly, my bar was low. My hopes weren’t high. But this little vacuuming and mopping hero has set the bar and really made me a believer in robot vacuums.The base station is an awesome plus, touting weeks to months of hassle free and hands off cleaning. Aside from having to refill the mopping water once time in the last month since I’ve purchased it, I haven’t had to do anything else. I set it, I forget it. And that’s all that I’ve ever wanted.Straight up 10/10 for this lil hero vacuum. We have multiple dogs, so constant cleaning to keep fur in check was a must, and this vacuum has nearly entirely taken this chore out of our hands. It has provided us with the confidence and peace of mind that it can actually do the job in a true automated fashion.

Powerful and complete robot vacuum
This eufy robot combines vacuuming and mopping in one unit, and the auto-empty base makes daily maintenance much easier. The build looks solid, with front and side sensors to avoid bumps and a roller-style mop for deeper cleaning. The app displayed on the phone helps manage maps and routes with no fuss. One area to improve is the battery, which could last a bit longer during extended cleaning sessions. Overall, a very handy combo for keeping the home tidy; always follow the manufacturer’s safety directions.

Great nav and obstacle avoidance
This is a great robot vacuum. The navigation is very good. It maps the house quickly and ever after does a great job of getting to whatever room you want it to clean. The virtual boundaries and no-go zones work great. It deals with all kinds of obstacles well navigating around them successfully.It cleans and mops very well and faster than some others. It’s fairly quiet unless you set it for its highest cleaning level. Otherwise the noise produced by it is a non-issue.It of course empties itself, cleans its mop automatically, etc. It all works quite well. And it looks good in person. Made with quality materials it feels and looks like a premium device. It’s way better looking in person than in the photos.I’m pleased and plan to buy a second unit for upstairs. I highly recommend it.

Incredibly quiet, cleans amazing, the intelligence of setting boundaries and easy to set up. I have had two others cleaners by a different company and more expensive very loud and don’t do what they say. You won’t be disappointed with this one.

Happily Impressed So Far
I’ve only had the eufy E25 for a few weeks, but I’m loving it. It is so, so much more efficient than my old robot vacuum (of the recently-declared bankruptcy variety). I was hesitant about the mopping function, but it works really well and is a massive help in a home without carpets. It has no trouble differentiating between rugs and hard floors, and where to vacuum and where to mop. The app interface is mixed — some things easy to find and use, others not so much — but the functionality is good. It allows you to create multiple routines, set the intensity of mopping and vacuuming for each room, and set which rooms to clean in which order. It is fast and thorough. Very happy with it so far.

I bought a new robot vacuum but this one had dust and mud like substance in the box which I had to throw out because of the smell.Also the transparent stickers and all were there like it was new but then there was smudges and water marks inside and on the robot vacuum.I like the vacuum and don’t know if it’s too late to return because I don’t have the boxes anymore. But I’d rather return and get a new one hoping the shipping people made a mistake or something.Mop and vacuum seems ok I think. I just had it for a 13 hours. I have to test it. But the mapping system is very bad in my opinion. Hopefully it adjust overtime. I cannot adjust or shape the apartment like in the videos I saw before buying. I will have to take out all the furnitures first and then let it map and then put the furnitures back. Which I partially did but still the vacuum missed almost 300sq ft of my apartment. It does the mapping so fast that I think if it takes its time and scan properly it might just do it properly.It also vacuums very fast even though I keep the settings on deep clean. It’s good if it actually cleans properly but it miss a lot of spot.I like the roller mop but it leaves wet marks when it climbs over even 1.5mm of doorway or anything.Update on my previous reviewMapping: the vacuum maps itself after a few clean so if you give it a few tries with your home furniture in place and no obstacles around it should map out your apartment/house accordingly and with almost perfect accuracy.About the item coming in dirty and smelly. The seller messaged me personally and offered full refund for damaged box and the water that had worked its way into the box. I offered to return the vacuum but they insisted I keep it and let them know if there is any any that arise. I never expected to keep my money and the vacuum both. I kinda feel bad in a way because I could always return it but the seller made sure and insisted I keep the vacuum!!! Unreal customer service.The 5 star is for the customer service and I’d give the eufy vacuum a 4.5 star overall.Thank you Regina for the great customer service!

Have purchased two of these, love the side sweepers. The first clean they missed some spots, so be prepared for that. After the second clean, no spots missed. If you have dirty water spots, you may have the model with the dirty water tank attached to the base station WITHOUT the rubber seal. If you contact customer support, they will ship you a new dirty water tank free of charge. I have reached out to Eufy customer support several times, they are highly responsive. Impressed with their customer service.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted on Amazon. That’s saying something. I bought the Eufy X10 Pro. Honestly, I love it. It’s what gave me confidence in the Eufy brand. Unfortunately, the Eufy E25 is without a doubt the worst vacuum cleaner ever. It doesn’t clean anything, it crashes into walls, broke a molding, and never finds its base. I’m giving it one star because the concept of being able to mix cleaning soap with the vacuum is an excellent idea. Otherwise, if it were possible, I would give it -2 stars out of 5. Ridiculous. No matter the discount, no matter the price. Stay away from the E25 model.

The eufy E25 has impressed me from day one. The suction is strong, the navigation is smooth, and the HydroJet mopping system leaves my floors noticeably cleaner than my previous robot vac. It transitions well between tile and carpet, and the app is easy to use. Battery life is solid, and it returns to the dock reliably. For the price, this is an excellent robot vacuum that actually does what it promises.
