Smells great
I have absolutely no idea why melatonin is in this spray. It doesnt work like that. But as to the chamomile and lavender, lovely idea. It’s light, and the scent will fade but it is a lovely way to climb in bed and unwind. I find it calming and comforting. Just a light mist before bed and it will last for a while. Dont use too much! You only need a light misting. I have not noticed any damage to fabrics. I am using these as stocking stuffers…what a great idea! A useful little gift and a great value.

Great scent, and really put me to sleep!
I love this scent of Dr Teals, I hope that they keep this particular one indefinitely! It has a delicious essence! I also love the addition of melatonin to the formula, as I have perpetual insomnia and find it difficult to sleep at night. Well, this blend relaxes me and truly does help with that, or so it seems. I started out with the matching body wash, and fell in love with it so much I had to have the body/pillow spray. I thought the blend had an added note of cedarwood to it, but when I read the ingredients, turns out it is patchouli, which I love even more, making this a win-win formula for me, as I love Lavender and Patchouli. My new favorite go-to scent!

Works really well. If you’re someone who’s ever used the brand “Sleepworks-This Works”, then you’ll be pleasantly surprised. It smells great and isn’t sticky or unpleasant. I had some nice sleeps with this. As someone who is an extreme night owl and takes a lot of annoying “revenge time” at night, this has been a nice addition to my sleep routine. Let’s be honest, it doesn’t always knock me out because sometimes you need to be the one to get you to that place, but this, again, is a nice addition to getting me there. Especially when I’m really tired and I time it right when I spray it before bed. I like to spray it on my chest, clothes, headboard, under my pillow and sheets. I stopped spraying it right on my pillow because of sleep hygiene. I’m big about face care and don’t love the idea of it on my face with my nighttime skincare. I gave a bottle to my mom, who works crazy hours, and she likes it as well. Will purchase again as it’s be best I’ve tried so far. ALSO! I put a few drops in my Scent Diffuser, and it worked super well. It actually helped my sleep, filling the air with this smell, it was nice before bed and is a good scent for the bedroom.

I love this product. I spray a small amount on my pillow before bed to help distress and relax. It lasts a long time so definitely worth the price for how much you get. The scent is strong enough but not overpowering and it lasts for a few days.
