It’s soft, non-slip, and provides great support for all kinds of workouts — yoga, Pilates, or floor exercises. The TPE material feels durable and high quality, and it’s thick enough to be comfortable but still easy to roll up and carry. I really like how thick and soft this mat was. It was long enough for me when I tried a yoga class and rolls up quick and the strap makes it easy to carry. I have only used it a handful of times but I like it!

Cool color but you slip in hot yoga
This is one of the least grippy mats I have used. I have to use a towel in hot yoga. I had an expensive no-slip mat that I liked much better, but when that one was destroyed in a Hurricane I bought a cheaper one ($30 – $40). I would like to have a really nice mat again that doesn’t require a towel for hot yoga.
