This is a great cellphone clip holder. The extra-tall base clamp was perfect for attaching to a bookshelf behind my open metal headboard. The extension tube/arm that runs from the base to the top phone clamp is sturdy enough to minimize shaking, even when extended quite far forward yet is easily bent and twisted to get the exact position needed. And the top clamp that holds the phone easily pops on and gets tightened onto the extension arm.The only problem I’ve had with this is the top clamp, which eventually loosens up and stops being able to hold the phone. But the customer service from Three Ducks is fantastic. I sent them an email explaining how the clamp had failed and less than 24 hours later they responded saying my lifetime warranty meant a replacement unit would be sent out as soon as I sent my mailing address. And very soon after I sent the address, they sent me tracking info for my replacement holder. Really some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. And no questions asked (except for my address).A very good product from a really great company. Just make sure you register your holder as instructed by the card in the box!

Broke in seconds
*UPDATE*I contacted the seller through Amazon mail, they were very quick to get back to me saying they will send me a replacement. After mounting the replacement the same was as I did the first time, it fell off immediately again. Instead of tightening the screw clamp tighter and risk breaking again, I tried adding a piece of rubber shelf liner between the jaws of the clamp. This worked wonders! With the liner in place, I barely have to put any pressure on the screw clamp to my headboard and it stays in place. Great little tool, works exactly the way I want it to, only knocked it down a star due to it’s durability and having to add my own rubber grip to make it work.*FIRST REVIEW*I bought this to mount above my bed so I can watch movies hands free. First time I mount the clamp to my headboard, connection feels secure so I attached my phone in place on other end. It immediately falls off my headboard. I go to clamp it back up and the bottom end snaps off the end of the threaded piece making the whole thing unusable. The key point of the mechanism is just a thin piece of plastic that holds the whole thing together. Since the arm has a metal cable running through it, a better design would have been to just have that cable run through the end piece of the clamp. An extra couple inches of cable would have made the most important piece of the whole assembly much stronger.The only reason I gave this 2 stars is because the part that holds the phone is solid and, while the arm is stiff to move, it does seem like it would hold your phone where you want it. I had high hopes for this product had the mounting clamp not snapped within seconds of it being out of the package.

Strong wide attaching clip, hard rubber arm, efficient phone holder
First thing Ive noticed about this phone holder is how hard and sturdy is the rubber arm; once you adjust it, IT STAYS as is.As you can see in the attached pictures, my biggest concern was the thickness and shape of our bed frame. Yet the holder’s design covered to make it take minimal space and maximum grap – it holds very well.Suggestion: on your initial setup, hold the plastic base if youre folding next to it with your other hand. Always hold it steady and know the shape you need, so you have minimal folds and it looks nice and clean. Set it up well, and it will hold and serve you well.The phone holder itself, the top that holds your phone, rotates 360 and to the sides a bit, so dont worry about that part.If youve tried other phone holders that were too weak at the clip or the arm, give a try to this one.Enjoy.
