Great RV washing product!
This wash system is great for my RV. I can clean it from the ground or os a ladder to get at the roof and solar panels. The pole is lite yet strong.I had a problem with one of the latches. I contacted the company, sent them proof of purchase, and in a day I had my replacement. Customer Service was great.Talk about standing behind thier warranty. Wow!Talk about good customer service. Wow!I highly recommend their product and they are made in the USA.

Good kit except for squeegee
Good kit except for squeegee. Rubber blade too hard. It skips instead of slides like a bad windshield wiper.

Fantastic Family owned company and customer service= Customer Satisfaction!!!
Upon delivery, all was as it appeared. The product appeared initially to work great, but after using the adjustable pole for the 4th time, it started losing its abilitly to lock into place, causing the inner poles to slowly pull out when using it, or, if extended, to close on itself when not wanted. The 2 clips that lock the adjustable poles into place seem cheap , plastic, and they wernt reliable as they both broke on the 4th use.I really thought the system felt, and looked great, and it performed really well at first. The pole wasnt abused, and was only used to wash a car and truck- disapointed to say the least.

Wonderful product AMAZING customer service!!!
We purchased this set to cleaner our 38’ 5th wheel trailer and my husband’s work truck. When we received it we tried it on our RV and had trouble with the brush, it would spin and not stay tight. The extension handle works great, sturdy, great reach! I contacted the company regarding the brush situation. First I have to say I couldn’t believe the quick response I received! Second they sent a replacement brush (no shipping cost) in just a mater of days. The new brush stays nice and tight works perfect. Wonderful company wonderful product I highly recommend!!

!!!THE POLE IS THE STAR!!!
YES the pole is the star of the show, it is super sturdy, very easy to adjust, well made and stays adjusted until you are done using it. The attachments are of good quality and if you purchased everything seperately you would end up spending way more than buying the kit. It also comes with a 3 year warranty. The best thing of all though is the customer service. I know because when I received my car wash kit everything was packaged well but the brush had become misshaped for some reason so here we go having to deal with “customer service”. I was expecting to wait at least until the weekend was over at best (it was a Saturday) to get a reply but about 20 minutes later I noticed I had a reply in my email. When I look at it the reply came 3 minutes after I sent my message to them and my reply was from a real live person. Kate responded to me and the first thing she said was she was sorry about me receiving my brush in this condition and after sending a couple of pictures and a little bit of information to her she had a replacement on the way. The last thing I have to say is if you need something like this or any of their other products just buy it, you can’t can’t go wrong, they are one of a handfull of companys today that actually care about their customers being satisfied with their purchase. Thanks Kate!
