I got this kit to clean the sensors on my SLR cameras. My favorite tool is the air blower, then the lint free lens cleaning tissues, and I’m very pleased with the included alcohol-free cleansing solution. One of my SLR sensor had stuck-on dust that wouldn’t budge with the air blower, so I wrapped/secured the provided tissue paper on an end of a q-tip, then sprayed a bit of liquid solution on its cap cover, and dipped the tissue end very lightly to slightly moisten the end to clean the sensor. This allowed the stubborn dust to be removed without a streak left behind, so this saves me from buying a more expensive name-brand sensor cleaning liquid or pricey sensor cleaning swabs. You absolutely should NOT attempt to use the provided clothes (or any other lens clothes) in the camera body near the sensor glass because it WILL leave fine particles; I learned this hard way using a “lint-free” cloth I had from another manufacturer. If you’re going to try cleaning your sensor glass, I highly advise you to purchase a magnifying loupe so that you could actually see what you’re doing. I bought affordable Carson Camera Sensor Magnifier – 4.5 x 30mm (SM-44) and this allowed me to perform proper sensor cleaning that’s practically impossible through the naked eye. I did not find the included brushes useful, but they’d serve their purpose for removing smears or dusting off camera lens (not the sensor!) glass if the air blower doesn’t get them off. In fact, one of the sponge-tip brush was defective, but the seller (Eco-Fused) was absolutely professional and generous in dealing with the reported issue that left me with a very positive experience. I recommend this kit that includes many useful camera maintenance items at a very low cost.

A very nice cleaning kit and a must for every camera bag!
I purchased this to give as a gift along with a new camera. I received it before Christmas and quickly checked that everything that was supposed to be included arrived and it did. Today I presented this to the gift recipient and after they opened it I must say I was very impressed with the kit. The rocket blower works as well and generates just as much air flow as other more expensive versions that I own. The lens pen cleaner has a reversible tip that allows you clean both lenses and viewfinders, and that is a very nice touch for such a modestly priced product. I’m not much for cleaning lenses with solution and lens paper but you do get that too. Finally you get several lint free cloths and you can never have too many of them. I really like this cleaning kit and I’ll be buying a second kit for myself.

Lens cleaning pen is surprisingly nice, smooth action, decent brush, nothing to fault. Tissues are good enough to serve their purpose. Spray bottle is fine, and the microfibers are all individually wrapped and decent size (4 – 6″x7″, 1 – 3.5″x 5.5″). It even all comes in a thick re-sealable branded bag. I’m just throwing it all in my camera bag as is.Cons:The regular brush is the only thing that disappointed me. It seems very willing to drop bristles, that I really don’t want to have to pick off my lens. I’ll be sticking with the retractable pen style brush. I’ll use the standard brush to clean the outside or something.1 star off for the regular brush, but overall, well worth the $9.99.

A good basic camera lens cleaning kit
Update: 17July 2024I’ve been using this kit for a while, and really like everything in it. I’ve ordered a second kit for my travel camera bag. It’s convenient and complete.************All of the items in the kit work well. The lens cloths are soft and do a good job wiping my camera lenses clean. The brushes are soft and thick. The lens paper is a normal size and weight. The blower gives a good stream of air, helpful for dislodging tiny particles.

Happy with the kit
I got this to go in my camera bag. I haven’t used a pen style cleaner before, and I’m kind of “meh” on it. It’s not bad, I just prefer to use the air blaster and a cloth. It is great for the viewfinder, though. I like the blower that came with the set, and the cloths are nice. I like that there were several: I can stash them around so I always have one on hand. The lens brush is nice and soft. I haven’t even used the spray bottle, but I like keeping them around as well. The blower and the cloths alone were well worth the cost of this set, plus I got to try a lens pen to see if I liked it. Great deal all the way around. I’m happy with it.

Good enough to start
I used this kit for an old Olympus camera lens. The cleaning fluid is good, but the pen is very low quality, some bristles fall of the little brush and the cloth are enough good, they do release some lint fron the corners and the whole edge, so try to use the center to get almost no lint. Only the black tissue is camkix branded, the others seem generic. The rocket blower is good, it blows air. I haven’t used the cleaning tissues yet.

I ordered this for a new DSLR i had purchased and needed just the basics to ensure overall gear cleanliness and longevity.All products that are listed come as expected and I am quite pleased with them all and their functionality, being an amateur hobbyist.That being said, not only is the product solid so far as i can tell ( i have used all items from the kit ) the only issue i had was with the’ Double sided lens cleaning pen – two cleaning options in one: This tool features a dust removal brush on one side and a special non-liquid cleaning element on the other side which is designed to never dry out.’the ‘pen side sponge type material’ cleaning tool when i opened the pen, had fallen off the area where it was glued. I responded to a survey advising i was pleased but it was too bad that the cleaning pen tool was not attached, and CamKix Support promptly replied advising they would replace it with another new kit entirely !Very fast, courteous responses from their support team, and i had a replacement within days of talking via email.Its not often to receive customer service like this, i would recommend others to buy this product.Thank you.

Wouldn’t say is great but it does the job I think is a bit expensive for it is offering in the package given the fact it’s bunch of plastic and rubber stuff. Yeah go for it why not!
