Best diaper rash cream
Balmex has always been my go to diaper rash cream. I have tried desitin and all those ones from the store and this is the only one that works within 1 diaper change. I wish Balmex was in more stores.

Old favorite
I cannot find this white, thick, zinc oxide salve in any store, but found it here! I am old, and this was the only thing that helped with diaper rash on my now, 44 year old daughter. Tried many brands, docs even ordered a prescription one, none helped. Then, on a doc visit, MY (as in he was my doc as a baby and beyond) was in the office helping out. He told me to buy Balmex (there was only one type at that time, the thick white zinc). I did, and it worked like magic! I have 2 teenage grands, that this Balmex was used on. And now, I have a new grand! My younger daughter bought the “new wave” butt salves. I bought her this one, and for me as I take care of her 3 days a week. And to add, this works on adults too if you have an irritated butt, takes away the burn immediately.
