Does well as a portable night light
My young grandchildren sleep over every now and then and they like having a portable lamp in their room. I can leave this lamp on overnight and if they need to go down the long hall to the bathroom they can carry this lamp with them. I’m not sure how long the battery will last but I can say it will last at least overnight. I don’t recharge it every day. The kids tell me when it gone dead and then I put it on the charger. The lamp stays cool to the touch even when it’s on overnight. Some of the things I like about the lamp is 1) it’s portable 2) it has three temperatures to chose from. 3) You can control the brightness 4) it has an on/off switch so it can’t accidentally be turned on. I also think this helps it hold a charge when not in use. 5) it has a remote, with a timer. The remote works well. You can be laying in bed and control the lamp without having to get up. That feature comes in handy sometimes. Really the only thing I have a problem with is the touch sensor on the lamp. It’s located on the top of the lamp and I’d say about 25% of the time it doesn’t register my touch. The remote always works.

It works, but that is about the only positive I can say. The top button is barely attached and did not arrive in good condition. The remote’s off button does not work at all. The only thing the remote does, which is the only one that fits, is change the brightness.
