Volume/2 way talk is TRASH
The volume/2 way talk on this thing is GARBAGGEEE. I had the Hubble and it worked great til it all of a sudden stopped working. And I purchased this a while back for a vacation we went on. And only used it for this few days then put it back in the box and never used again. Till the Hubble stopped working. Now this is our primary monitor for the time being and my fiance and I literally hate it. The picture quality is pretty good. But the charger is butt, it barely stays plugged in. It did fast, when we use the arrows to move the camera back and forth, it doesn’t work unless you press and hold the arrows down like super hard. And by then it just spins the whole damn camera around way more than you wanted it. But the thing that ruined it for us is the sound quality…trash. Can’t understand a word our child says. She can’t understand us. And her room is VERY small. So it’s not like it’s so far that it can’t pick up the noise. I would never purchase this again

ARENTI Baby Camera Monitor
The camera was really easy to set up, and has very good picture and sound quality. I use it to keep an eye on my mom’s living space in case of falls or health emergencies, so I haven’t used the lullaby features or the voice options. I got a microSD card to record, and it’s easy to review any incidents, which was helpful when I received a 911 notification from her panic button. Overall, an easy to use, high quality camera.

Overall I’ve had a good experience with this brand. The monitor stopped working to no fault of our own and the company replaced it. The downside was that it took some time as they initially were waiting for more stock to arrive, once pushed they came up with a better solution and I was very satisfied.

After 7 straight months of use, I can say for all a baby monitor is supposed to be able to do, this does function. HOWEVER, the camera and handheld monitor disconnect CONSTANTLY well within the allowable range, even 5-10ft apart. We have had to go full nights without being able to monitor our baby, which put a massive amount of unnecessary stress on already stressed new parents. We bought this one because it had the handheld monitor as we did not want to connect it wifi and use our phones, but the monitor has because almost useless with all of the disconnecting issues. I contacted support and they suggested updates the software, which I did and it helped, but did not solve the issue. It also takes FORVEVER to fully charge. Overall, I would not recommend this to anyone, especially when the safety of your child is at stake, which is why I have given this 1 star. Yes, it can function with good quality picture, yes it has fancy lights and decent range of motion, yes you can zoom and there’s a two way microphone blah blah blah. But if I can monitor my baby’s safety half the time because it can’t connect to the camera then this is next to worthless and should be pulled off the market.
