I like how every page is the same, you know what to expect. Every morning I start a new page (left side), and I start my day with intention. Then, in the evening I complete the spread, which includes space on the right to reflect on what went well, and to journal any thoughts and feelings. This Journal is perfect for “Journaling Beginners” & simplifying the journaling process. So many influencers recommend journaling & I’ve purchased an expensive journal in the past that was supposed to change & completely re-organize my life & I used it for 2 weeks straight & never used it again. This is a great journal for beginner’s looking to get into journaling. It has a fairly simple layout that makes the prompts easy to follow and fill out. The book finish is beautiful and striking and the construction seems well built.I am very happy with the product.Pages are a thicker size and pen ink does not bleed through the pages, which is great.
